It was good experience - It was a great trip it was my girlfriend pre birthday trip and we have good time sightseeing .next time I would like to visit the statue of liberty 🗽

We really enjoyed it the tour, glad we made it - Our guide was fantastic and very informative, / caring, thoroughly explained everything clearly and made everyone could hear, tried really hard to get all of us together and around her, she was amazing, did have a very good experience

Great experience - Our tour guide Vivian was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, gave us some trivia and great facts! She even went out her way to give us more facts when we was departing. She is a true gem and an amazing tour guide.

Kudos to the guide! - The tour guide was absolutely fantastic. She was animated, interesting, engaging and she made history come to life. Exceptional!

I really enjoyed this tour - How that the state of Liberty moves with the wind. And she is on her own island. It took years to build her and she was a gift from France and was almost lost in the sea.

Jacob was excellent guide... - Jacob was excellent guide & made the trip interesting with his in-depth knowledge of the history of the island and it’s more notable immigrants.

Ripped off!!!! - Don’t book this tour as it does not do any Line Skipping as advertised!!! You will stand in the same lines with the masses. 1.5 hours to get on ferry for statue then 45 more to get to Ellis Island. Buy your own tickets and save your money. Leeann was great guide but didn’t make up for long lines I paid to avoid. Totally misleading title to tour

Don’t pay extra for the guided tour - There was a language barrier between us and our tour guide. He was very hard to understand and didn’t speak loud enough for my hard to hear friend even after being asked to talk louder. During our walk to the ferry we were told about facts we would have already learned from the audio guide once on both islands so there really isn’t a reason to pay the extra money for a guided tour either. Then once on Liberty Island we were rushed by being told to meet him back at the dock in one hour. There is NO WAY that is enough time to see everything on the island. I ended up calling the guy who arranged our tour and told him we were letting our private tour guide guy go and that we were fine with being on our own for the rest of the tours we paid for. We were very disappointed at this point with that whole arrangement. Additionally, the ticket we purchased did not include going up to the statues platform, i felt it was misleading. Paying extra for skip the line was a waste of money too. The only line to wait in was for the ferry and everyone was able to make it on the boat each time so there really isn’t a reason to pay the extra money.

Expensive, very expensive - This didn’t work for us, the statue is awesome, the tour company wasn’t, simply go to the harbour and book a much cheaper enjoyable tour and don’t get caught with online tour companies which aren’t needed.

Avoid to save yourself the disappointment - Scam alert! It say’s guaranteed skipping lines but be prepared to queue up for hours. We did the tour on 26 Nov 22. No battery park tour provided. No skipping queues. The tour guide disappeared and hardly had 5 mins face time with us and the touring party throughout the 4 hour tour. Save your self heaps by just booking the city experience tickets directly as this is just a scam. They charged me for my 3 year old and when we took the cruise we learned 4years and under are free. Total cheating. We could’ve had the same experience for $70 by just going direct via city experience but instead paid an additional $150 on top to these scam artists. On top of everything the guide came to us at the end and asked for cash tips.
