Enjoyed our trip - Really informative, definitely worth doing! Our tour guide was very clued up and we had a good time exploring the islands.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. - The boat ride to Miss Liberty and the beautiful New York City harbor that she calls home. It was my daughter's birthday wish to visit the Statue of Liberty. She was overjoyed to finally meet her.

Highly recommended - Great guided tour! It was a little difficult to find the meeting spot, but the tour guides helped us tremendously. Tour guide taught us a lot as well!

This is only a ferry ticket to Liberty Island, nothing more - We only did this because the regular ferry tickets were sold out. And for that reason, I would do it again. I told my daughter we were seeing the Statue of Liberty, so I was willing to pay for a Plan B. To that extent, it did serve its purpose. And the “tour guide” was nice. That’s about it. They tell you to arrive 15 minutes before your “tour “, but then tell you that you shouldn’t have been given that time, and after rushing then you have to wait around for over an hour. Saw this in other reviews. Your “tour” is two 10-min stops on your walk from Starbucks to the ferry, of him telling a speedy version of the history of each and where to get on & off the ferry. (Read the Wikipedia of Lady Liberty & Ellis Island, and follow signs.) Then you’re on your own. I knew we couldn’t go into the Statue, but I was very annoyed that he specifically said we could get up on the lowest base, and referenced the view. That is not the case, you need tickets to get to any part of the pedestal or statue, and you don’t get those. I saw on the website that other people had issues with this. The company responded to a review saying that they don’t offer tickets to the pedestal. When the descriptions specifically say you get into the pedestal. At least I was kind of expecting this. They also make it sound like it’s special that you get to go to the new museum. It’s completely free, that’s not special. You don’t have a wristband or any tickets & the guide drops you off at the ferry, doesn’t even ride with you. This is just a ferry ride to Liberty Island. After that, you don’t do anything that’s not free. (Even the ferry rides after that are free) So if you’re planning far enough ahead, just get ferry tickets. This is NOT a tour or ACCESS to anything.

Disappointed I missed it - i didn’t find my tour guide due to the late arrive several mints arrival of the said meeting point, and I cant get response immediately from the support online so I missed my tour and wast the tickets and very disappointed

Don’t waste your money on this one - Guide sent me to join public self guided tour (which only cost $18.00) No tour service provided . No guide service provided. Total waste of money.

Avoid This Tour Operator - Booked this tour on their official website. Were called the day before tour to say our tour was changing to a different time because that tour didn’t operate at this time of the year and we should not have been able to book it. The new tour was at a later time, did not have express service and included a stop we did not want.

Horrible the ferry made... - Horrible the ferry made us wait for 1 hour in line in the cold to get back!! My family and I were fustrated
