Highly Recommended - Amazing short cruise to the Statue, great bar inside boat with great music and bar man. Can sit outside, great views of the Statue, perfect amount of time A++

Great trip out - Excellent experience. Great & easy booking.
Trip itself was perfectly timed - not too long but enough to get the whole feel on NYC & Lady Liberty!

Great view af the statue- did what it said on the tin - The trip was as expected with the boat getting close to the statue and allowing us to see the full view plus a view of the city on the way back. Would have been great if they kept talking about the history of the statue for longer - it’s construction etc

Inspiring Liberty 🗽🇺🇸 - I was so amazed with the crew during my visit last December 31, 2023 (10am) at Liberty viewing via a Ferry. I felt so moved with story telling about the Liberty on how she stood there even on the worst weather of NY with a pride. Such. Strong. I am so inspired! #nclexrnpasser2024 here we go!

Not worth the price - The smell of diesel fuel the whole time was bad. Couldn’t hear the speaker for your, although it was blasting before with music. Could have taken the ferry for free.

Booked tour for 2:30 and... - Booked tour for 2:30 and was told we needed to come back at 4:30. Good thing we aren’t strangers to the city and knew where to go to kill time. Once boarding the ship, you can’t really see off of the windows on the top deck. The lower deck is much clearer and you have access to go outside which was nice. You definitely get what you pay for with this ship

Upsetting service - Arrived at exact time and was not allowed access to the boat. Staff very rude to us and didn’t care. They remained there 4 minutes after they refused us access.
Viator customer service didn’t care either and would not give refund.

Worst experience ever - We booked the sightseeing cruise the day of and received notice that our booking had been confirmed. Once we arrived to the location where pickup was no one was there and security had to inform us that this company had cancelled all of their tours for the day! I have emailed and called trying to get a refund and still have not heard anything back!
