Missed our experience - We missed our experience of this event. We left our hotel 2 1/2 hours before our scheduled meeting time. According to our driving directions it was a 43 minute trip. Due to traffic we made it to Pier 36 20 minutes before our boarding time. However, there is no place to park near the pier. We drove several blocks and could not find parking, When we finally did it was too late to walk back to board the boat so we missed it. Parking issues is something you should include in your ads. Inform people where and when to park to catch the tour boat on time.

NYC SCAM!!! - NYC SCAM!!!! Beware, used Viator to book this sightseeing cruise. They upsold me on a Hop On/Off Bus tour to get to the cruise. The bus does not go within 1 miles of the cruise. It dripped us off and we had to walk 45 minutes. When we arrived at the site 5 minutes late the cruise had already left dozens of passengers. They have you call a number where some kid answers and takes down your credit card to charge an additional $45 to reschedule. WORST YET: the rescheduled time was also a scam!!! There was no cruise at that time and no one accepts any responsibility from either the cruise or viator!!!! BEWARE

SCAM, No boat showed up - It's a SCAM, There was NO Boat not even a person to give info. Just imagine this, we had onle one day to see the city, so we booked this tour, we went to the pier more than 30 minutes before the scheduled time, some peole start coming to the tour, al 4:40pm started raining and the was not a place to protect us from rain, but we stay because the info in the page says that they operate any wheater, so we waited, and NO boat or person showd up, nobody, i sent text to the operatior, no answer, called the phones operator and no answer, so after waiting in the rain all wet, we decides to go, so we lost our time and also more than $50 usd in taxis to get there and back, we just asked for a refund and we are waiting a response. This company ruined our trip to NY!
