Really The Best of Brooklyn! - What an amazing tour. The walk across the bridge provided wonderful views of Manhattan and Brooklyn. Our guide Bruce’s rich treasure trove of history, local lore and incredible tidbits of fun information made this experience come alive. Bruce was an engaging and knowledgeable guide and Brooklyn’s history, architecture and sights were fantastic.

Fantastic walk through Brooklyn history with Bruce - This tour was fantastic! If Bruce had been my history teacher I’d have a career as a historian. He is knowledgeable and engaging and has organized a tour that walks you through key moments of Revolutionary (and some Civil War) history, Brooklyn Bridge history, and highlights of Dumbo history. It was a wonderful break from busy Manhattan. Don’t miss this one. I’ll be back for his other offerings as well.

Interesting, enriching and fun walking tour of Brooklyn. - The best walking tour I have been on in the USA, and perhaps the world. Truly knowledgeable and interesting. It's the right amount of time and balance of Brooklyn contrasts, with interesting history thrown in. Bruce was terrific, perfect personality for a tour guide. Enjoy!

Great day with Bruce! - Bruce was an excellent tour guide and historian. He is extremely knowledgable and passionate about history and it makes the day more enjoyable for everyone . We had a wonderful tour on a lovely day and learned so much about this history of the bridge building and the area in Brooklyn, which was new for us. He is also an excellent photographer and someone managed to take photos that made it look like my husband and I were the only 2 people on the bridge! The stop for hot chocolate was definitely a treat not to be missed. I would highly recommend this tour with Bruce. We were very sad we weren't going to be around to check out his Central park tour, which sounded great as well.

Fascinating history brought to life by brilliant guide - Fascinating history of the bridge, the park, the development of the DUMBO area, the Heights and the Battle of Brooklyn brought to life by brilliant guide, Bruce Racond. The vistas from the bridge were astounding and every stop added to the story. We would highly recommend this walking tour with Bruce and would happily attend any of the other walks he offers.

Great time in Brooklyn! - My husband and I were visiting New York for the second time in two years. We were not able to get to Brooklyn on our first trip, so we decided to make it a priority this time. We were not disappointed. Bruce was a fantastic tour guide who shared so many facts that only a person from Brooklyn would know. We always love to get a tour guide who was born and raised in the area. Bruce was so friendly and we would highly recommend this tour. We hope to go on Bruce’s Secrets of Central Park on our next visit to NYC.
