Great Ticket Experience - We got the ticket for the boat ride around the Statue of Liberty and then to the top of One World Trade Observatory. We went for the boat ride first which was excellent, nice crew that made you feel right at home on board the boat. Then we walked to One World Trade, skipped the line and went right to the elevator. We did have to go to customer service to re issue the tickets but ended up getting a $15 gift card to use at the gift show or for food at the top of the Observatory which was not expected. Thanks again for Viator for a really great experience.

A moving experience - Stunning view and very fast elevator. If you don’t like heights, don’t go up! Strange, but it’s almost like you can fell the building move?

Great experience but only save a few pounds - One tower great time. Best to go just before sunset snd stay an hour until dark. See New York in all its glory. BUT not impressed with viator tickets. They would not down load at the world trade centre for staff. But due to a big queue they let us in. Don’t know what went wrong?

An OK tour with some hiccups - The boat ride was alright, but future participants should sit on the starboard side as most of the commentary deals with sights on that side of the boat. If you do not, excessive noise and announcements drown out the commentary that is repeated as the boat returns to the pier. Also, MAKE SURE that it is clear in the paperwork that the vouchers sent out after payment ARE NOT good for the Observatory and that tickets (which require another step in the process) must be obtained. In short, you MUST get TICKETS. before you go. AND the provided phone number to contact the tour operator is USELESS (nothing but a looping phone tree with no opportunity to speak to a live person). Even the Viator rep we spoke to had alot of problems reaching them. Ultimately we were able to reschedule the Observatory but it was a significant hassle.

Don't bother - Don't bother buying the tickets on here especially if you are a tourist. To get the one world trade centre tickets you must ring up to get them to send tou an email. The tickets provided from viator did not work nd had to wait an hour queing up to the ticketbgate only to be told they don't work.. can't fault the actual observation deck though

ONE WORLD TRADE IS DEFINITELY WORTH VISITING BUT DO NOT USE VIATOR TO GET TICKETS - One World Trade is definitely worth visiting but do not use a 3rd party provider such as Viator. The tickets that were texted to me did not work. I was delayed trying to find the tickets with the bar code that was recognized at the Freedom Tower's entrance. Beware and read the fine print, even though it says you can go ANYTIME on the day you have reserved The "FREE" boat ride only runs at 11:00 and 12:30 and you have to search FAQ to learn that In addition it doesn't leave from Battery Park (which is walking distance from One World Trade). It's a $25 cab ride to the Pier that the "free" boat ride runs from. Once I got to PIer 36 they wanted a ticket and again I had none. After being very frustrated, they found my name on a passenger list. Then he said you were suppose to be on the 11 am not 12:30 boat...of course this was the final straw. He finally let us on the boat. DO NOT USE VIATOR!

Don’t use this online service rather go there and buy on kiosk same price - Barcode provided didn’t work and didn’t get refund after talking to a customers service also. Buy tickets on the counter sale price don’t buy online on this website
