Fantastic experience - Our driver was awesome. He really loves the city and loves giving interesting details of the areas he takes you through. He was a gentleman who helped my wife into the carriage and ensured we had a rose for her. The horse was a great lady as well. She took us easily through the city without complaint. Definite stop during your visit!

Excellent 20th Anniversary Ride - Our hostess was extremely polite and gracious. She stopped numerous times and took photographs of my wife and I. She was knowledgeable of her city. And while knowledgeable, she did not forget to allow us time to simply enjoy the sights around us. It was a great anniversary gift for my wife. (20th) Thank you so much for the memory.

Summer NYC Trip with Daughter - Unfortunately our tour was rescheduled for the following day due to weather restrictions and then cancelled the following day. This was due to decisions made by NYC officials. Full refund to my card within 2 days. Will reschedule again if back for another trip.

A NYC must-do! - My husband and I were gifted this carriage ride for our 50th wedding anniversary. We were engaged in a horse carriage ride and our kids remembered that. It was such a wonderful experience! Our driver, Henry, was so nice and he told us the history of the places as we passed. Our horse, Handsome Jack, knew his job and went about it in a very well behaved manner. You could see he was well cared for and loved. They gave us a bottle of champagne. We stopped at an incredibly beautiful section of the park for photos. My husband and I are born and bred New Yorkers and neither of us had even seen this particular spot. It is amazing. Our photographer (arranged through NYC Horse Carriage) was another amazing wealth of information about the area we were in. He and his assistant were also so very kind. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you have the chance, add this to your list of things to do in NYC!

Loved it! - We loved our carriage ride. Liz and Smokey made our trip so memorable. All the drivers are so friendly and the horses are so loved! 100% recommend! We will come back! Thank you!
