Excellent tour. - Our guide was very informative and personable and shared the history very thoroughly. It was just my husband and I for the tour. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to see these sights.

Hawaii Peeps in New York! - Our guide Vivian was very knowledgeable and attentive. She got us through the lines faster and was always ready to answer questions. She made sure we maximized our tour time and got to our 9/11 Memorial Museum scheduled entry on time! She was fabulous and we’d recommend this tour with Vivian!

Great way to spend a Sunday - I liked how the tour offered us options on what we wanted to see because there was so much to see. I felt comfortable and secure during our tour. Our guide was very accommodating and had a lot to share.

Tour was average but missing a major part of it was a bummer. - We paid to also go to the 911 museum and they timed the tour poorly and we weren’t able to go inside and they were closing. Should get partial refund since was supposed to be a major part of the four . Ellis island was completely self guided and it would have been better if our tour guide would have been able to guide us through a bit better and explain what it was we were looking at.

statue of liberty - when i bought my ticket i spoke for alength of explaining what i specific a wanted a pedestant acces i paid for it and was not give fhat and the moust trobleling this was a birth gift for afamily menber from overseas thiswas very troublesome for me i specific requesti it so desapointed

Supposed to be a fully... - Supposed to be a fully guided tour. Got skip the line on to ferry but nothing else. Was sold tickets to 9/11 museum and it wasn't opened. Had nothing with a guide that we couldn't do ourselves very disappointing.

Horrible - The tour guide decided to leave liberty island early and abandoned us half way through the tour. I finally got her phone number and a text but she was already on the ferry having left.

This company is scammer - I was promised statue of liberty tour tickets included guided tour but I toured statue throu gh General administration which is free for every body promised 9/11 memorial on bus offered water on tour bus however she took us to the sight on foot from battery park to the memorial even water we didn’t see the guiding lady after we reached there finally please don't buy any tickets from these company all they do are free. If you go by yourself totally they are scammers!!!!!
