Memorial Day bike tour - Learning things about NYC. Plus the weather was perfect. Alex our guide was wonderful. That is all. Yes

It was fun! - The most memorable experience would be visitng historical sites that shaped the United States. Thank you John for explaining historical sites and keeping us safe.

Great Ebike New York tour - A great cycling tour on Ebikes with our tour guide Bob. Just the two of us and a young architect from Colombia, we cycled through various parks and along the Hudson River with lots of stops for photos and information about the New York architecture we passed. The bikes were in very good order and the electric assistance useful for the very few gentle inclines. The weather was terrible, we all got soaked but it didn’t spoil our enjoyment of discovering part of New York you can’t see by far or bus. We had a welcome coffee spot to dry off and comfort stops when ever needed. Bob took lots of photos that he sent on to us later which were great mementos of our tour. Thank you Bob. We’d highly recommend this way of seeing New York

Charming guide, Chuck,... - Charming guide, Chuck, who showed us not only the main sites, but also gave us some interesting background to industrial sites, harbors and buildings.

Nearly Perfect - Amazing sunny 68 degrees in October! Our amazing and informative guide was Chuck. He took our group of 7 to clean and tidy bathrooms (hidden gems inside Central Park!) customized our destinations to include places none of us had seen before. Kept us safe along the ride using the few places we rode on city streets. Kept us entertained with fun facts and history along the way. Totally great value for our experience. And if you have the extra to spend, we recommend the price of an E-bike to make the journey even easier.

Great time with Kevin - Come now to NYC... not crowded at all. Perfect to ride bikes in the city with little traffic. Have a great time.

Chuck is the man! - Highly recommend this trip if you enjoy interesting background on the city while being lead around. We went with electric assist bikes and couldn’t have been happier we did! Enjoyed the entire trip and Chuck was AMAZING! So kind and informative; we had the best time with him! We would totally do this trip again!

Informational but busy - NYC is crowded! Our guide Alex was great and very knowledgeable but the overall experience was mediocre, especially compared to other ebike tours we’ve done, too many people!!

Don’t bother. Do it yourself - From having a shortage of the wrong electric bikes I knew the ride was gonna be a waste of time. I don’t think they understand supply and demand so I have to suffer for a few hours. Yes they offered me a regular bike but that wasn’t what I paid for. The guide was okay but we didn’t stop for photos and it just seemed like everything was whizzed through with no love or duty of care. I kept on having to ask to stop to take photos. Also the guide would start talking about history even when some of the riders were not present. Didn’t project so a few of us couldn’t hear what he was saying. Towards the end myself and two others just gave up! I’ve done many bike tours and this was the worst. I wish I had just asked for my money back the moment I saw the bike they gave me.
