Simply the best - Our guide Mark was not only excellent he was marvelous new every inch of NY like the back of his hand my wife and I had the best time and saw places we would only drive past with other companies

Uncle Jeffrey was a blast! - Great tour of all the main sights in New York and it was made even more enjoyable by our lager than life guide “Uncle Jeffrey”, a very happy soul with a lot of interesting facts that made the tour a day of sights and laughs. I recommend it as a great way to get your bearings in New York and gather information on where to go if you are there for a few days.

Great way to see New York - We went to NYC with a group of 6. This included 3 children aged 11,9, and 5. They got a little board of the bus ride, but us adults were gobbling you all the information our guide Marc was saying. He was great! A New Yorker for most of not all his life. He knows the city well! Wow, there is no way I would of learned all that I had if he wasn’t taking us on this tour. He literally didn’t stop talking on the bus- in a good way! Everywhere you looked was history and stories that enriched the trip. Statue of Liberty cruise lines were long, even with our priority access. Empire building lines were also long. We were pretty tuckered out while there. The lines we again, so long and my mother can’t be on her feet very long and there were no benches along the way. We were there around 5:00pm. I would recommend this tour. The bus was great too! Our drivers name was Levi.

Full Day NY Small Group Tour - Excellent tour & worth the price. Mark, Tour Guide was knowledgeable and friendly. He loves what he does. We visited all the places described on the ad. He was on time. I would recommend this tour.

Good way to see the sites. Just be prepared to walk. - Our tour guide was great and we had a nice day. Rated the tour less than a 5/5 because a few things weren’t as expected based on the website description. The tour is mainly all walking which I didn’t expect. I had taken this tour a few years ago and there was a small bus that took us from place to place. Also, the Statue of Liberty pedestal access isn’t included in the tour, which the website said it was. Not a big deal for our family but if you had your heart set on walking up, just know it isn’t included. Overall, we had a nice day and as mentioned above, our tour guide was great! Just not entirely accurate to what is on the website.

full day tour w/ statue of liberty, empire state building and little italy lunch - Best part was the guide, Uncle Jeffery. He was so knowlegable and made the trip entertaining. However, too many details were left unclear and misrepresented, for instance, place of pick up was not clearly defined as to where we were to meet at St. Patricks cathedral. Many entrances and had no idea where the bus would pick us up. We were dropped off to fend for ourselves at Empire state building instead of being brought back to original pick up and we had to pay a large taxi fee to get back as it is was pouring rain. Little Italy was nice as was the lunch which was only a nominal fee. Many on the tour paid a different amount for the same thing and a few paid the same amount and yet it didn't include the empire state building. Overall tour was good, but communication was poor

Do not book without calling and confirming details. Scam!! - DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! The confirmation email clearly stated that we would have access to the pedestal at the statue of Liberty. We were told at the liberty island that it wasn't the case. This was the whole reason for us booking the tour. Secondly the confirmation email stated the the buses and the seats would be sanitized, leading us to believe there would be a bus taking us to these attractions. We were informed after we got to the meeting point, that there wouldn't be a bus. We also ended up paying almost $100 for our 5 year old, when in the end there was no transportation provided and we had to carry our child around and thus feel that there should not have been a fee taken for a child when there is nothing that a 5 year old would gain from this tour. I have sent multiple emails to the admin team asking them to have their supervisor call me or provide me with a phone number I could call. I have been following up for the past 4 months with no response from their end. Looking forward to a response from the team.

Disappointing - Tour operator never showed up and never communicated that it was canceled. Only communications received were the auto emails reminding us of the check in time and to arrive on time. So we arrived just before 8:30 and waited until an hour after the tour start time. Called the tour operator who never answered and has never responded. Looking forward to our full refund ASAP.

I should have paid attention - I should have paid attention to recent reviews. The tour was canceled less than 24 hours prior by email. I was directed to get a refund from trip advisor. They won’t refund. I did this tour in 2019 and it was amazing. I’m more than frustrated with trip advisor. What a ripoff
