- Wall Street - We start on Wall St, the oldest part of Manhattan. Where we will see iconic buildings, , Ground Zero & The NY stock exchange (Bull statue)
- Little Italy - We then head to Greenwich Village, going through the 5 Points, China Town & Little Italy districts. Lots of history in these areas. Gangsters, amazing food & iconic buildings (City Hall / The Woolworth Building)
- Rockefeller Center - Walking to the Rockefeller centre, we go past The Flatiron building, Madison Square Garden, the Empire State Building, the famous 5th Avenue, Times square, NY Public Library & the Chrysler Building
- Central Park - Central park is our next destination, sights we see along the way include : NBC Studios, Radio City Music Hall, Museum of Modern Art, St Patricks Cathedral, Grand central Station, Carnegie Hall, The Plaza Hotel. So much to see!
Our last stop is central park. We will stroll through the park passing the Zoo, Gapstow Bridge, ponds, lakes, the Met Museum of Art & finish at the Guggenheim Museum of Art

Manhattan for beginners - Tour guide Amanda led us through Manhattan in a competent and friendly manner. Her pronunciation was easy for us Germans to understand.

Great Tour to know the main touristic spots of NYC - The tour is really good to see all the main spots and historic places in the city. The guide Isaiah was super cool and friendly, always willing to take you a picture if you ask him.
The only thing that I would improve is to tell a little more about the history of the places that we visited, but it’s understandable that you can’t go too deep on that as otherwise would be a 24 hours tour.

The best walking tour I've ever done! - We booked a sightseeing walking tour so that we could explore NYC with an experienced guide who could point out places of interest and that certainly happened!
We met our guide in Wall Street and walked for 5 hours; she was very knowledgeable and it was great to experience the sights and sounds of NYC with a local. We saw so much I can't even begin to list it here. The walk was at a relaxed pace and included a trip on the subway, which was great fun. The highlight of the tour for me was Grand Central Station: I wasn't prepared for the scale of the building and the concourse inside, wow!
There were plenty of opportunities to take photos and to get water and snacks or use a rest room.
If you're thinking of booking a walking tour I highly recommend this one as we had great fun! I've done lots of walking tours while on holiday and this was the best yet.

Choose this over hop on bus tours! - If you have time and don't mind walking, this is so much better than a hop on bus tour. You get a live guide and you can go places a bus can't.
We had a fabulous tour with John! He is so enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a nice guy. The pace of the tour was perfect. 5 hours passed quickly!

Andrew, Andrew, Andrew...What a cool tour guide 😎 - If your tour guide is Andrew you are in for a treat. His commentary is straight from the hip, no fluff, even politically incorrect. It's fantastic. This tour will leave you shaking your head from all the interesting tidbits your brain accumulated and a smile on your face in amazement that you were actually on a tour, not spending the day with a cool ass dude 😎!

Must do - make it your first tour - This was the best tour we did in NY. Our guide Amanda was the perfect blend of knowledge, fun and pace. She was authentic and knew how to focus on interesting and valuable information instead of overwhelming us with an endless stream of chat. Highly recommend you make this your first tour when in NY (this was my 4th trip and I still thoroughly enjoyed and learned a heap). And if you can get Amanda that’s a big bonus!

Amazing value and guide. - Amanda was a fantastic guide! I've been in many walking tours and this one is certainly the best to start a trip. We checked all main points throughout NYC. If you only have a day, do this tour. If you have many days, still do it so you can get a feeling of the city before diving into specific tours.
