Brooklyn Bridge Bike Tour - The tour was so great and our guide Eddy told us a lot of things about the Brooklyn Bridge and the history with so much passion. If you visit New York and you like cycling, this tour is a must.

Hudson/Harlem Tour - Was great fun on the eBikes and Debra was a fantastic guide, touring us through Harlem and down the edge of the Hudson River.

Dangerous bikes + scam fees - They gave me a bike with a loose derailleur. It came off half way through the ride when I switched gears. I almost got thrown off and luckily jumped off just in time. When I was in the store, another person came in with a broken bike. It was scary to see them giving these dangerous bikes to families with kids. To return the bike, I had to carry the bike on my shoulders for 5 blocks to get a cab at the nearest park exit. The front desk staff held my ID hostage until I paid the $76 fee to fix the bike. The corporate staff told me it was my fault for not noticing the issue earlier. What is a customer to do, expect a good quality product? Try not to get injured on a defective product? Not having to pay for the defect? Just avoid this place.
