Great tour…our guide was fantastic! - Our tour guide was amazing! Great tour for not only being able to try out different sweets around nyc, but also for seeing a lot of cool historical/pop culture sites.

Fun tour with yummy treats - Vince was great, he included details for all 3 generations of pur family that were here. We had 2 mini cupcakes, a full size cupcake we designed ourselves, chocolate covered espresso brans, a italian cookie (very cake like, and a beautiful cream puff. We enjoyed the neighborhoods and rhe treats.

Great time - Trip was great. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about history which made it even better. The only thing that could have been better was one stop was chocolate covered expresso beans which no one on our tour ate.

Cupcake walking Tour in Greenwich Village, NYC - My grandchildren enjoyed listening to the stories about the various cupcake stores and how they originated. They enjoyed walking through the streets and seeing the sites of the city. Johnnie was a very pleasant and patient tour guide as my grandchildren were also distracted by looking at all the shops we passed too. My only recommendation is that the kids do not have to eat cupcakes at every place. Perhaps they create mini-ones for these tours.

Not at all worth the money. - Started late, I was informed the night before via a bad phone call and did not quite hear (was out to dinner) the time change. There was no follow up email or message. The guide was great at knowing the city and quite entertaining with facts, but the bakery stops were not at all welcoming or interactive. They gave us a sample and we walked out. Only 1 location was good, where we built a cupcake. I would never suggest this to anyone.

Horrible and no contact from tour provider. - This tour is a scan. No tour guide showed up at the meeting place. The people at the shop in the meeting area had no idea of a cupcake tour. We four paid for the tour and no one showed. I’ll dispute the charge with my credit card company. What a ripoff.

Definitely not worth the price...tour company based 8000 miles away from NYC - Save your money. You would be better off just going to cupcake shops on your own. None of the shops seemed to be expecting our group of 10. The guide basically just bought a sample pack at each store and we ate outside down the street as the stores were too crowded. No space reserved for our tour. No where to sit down ever. The build your own cupcake wasn't as special as it sounds. The tour started late. We booked for 3pm and were informed in the morning that the guide would be running late and it needed to start at 3:30. We had already booked another event at 5:30pm in Brooklyn and the late start threw off our day. And the company contacted me through WhatsApp from a Philippines number - very strange - this not a local company and has no idea what goes on in NYC. Pacing of the tour was off - we had 1 mini-cupcake in the first 45 minutes, did a lot of walking around, and then 3 in a row. It was not all cupcakes. One stop was a chocolate covered expresso bean (neither my wife or son like coffee so that was a waste). One stop was an Italian cookie. We had 1 full size cupcake in 6 stops - we skipped the last one because it was running late. The guide was fine and gave us some good history along our walk but this simply missed the mark as a cupcake tour.

Miscommunications - Your company sent me an email at 8 am. I didn’t know I got the email. They cancelled the cupcake tour and offered us a chocolate tour instead. I asked where the new location was but nobody got back to me. So I cancelled!

Tour was cancelled by company - Our tour was cancelled. They did try to offer a different time and date but we already had plans. They then tried to offer a different tour and it was the same. I asked for a refund and have gotten no response. These tours are expensive and when a customer asks for a refund due to the tour cancelling it should be given immediately. Very disappointed.

Do not recommend - Awful. Don’t recommend. Vaguely said to meet at the corner of a park for the tour. I show up and can’t find anyone. Call the provided number and they don’t answer. They text me and tell me they emailed me previously and said tour was canceled because guide was sick. I asked that they provide me with the alleged email that it was canceled. Never did. Never answered my numerous calls.,
