- To ensure timely departure, passengers must arrive at the heliport at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time. For reservations scheduled after 4 PM, please consider heavy commuter traffic and allow yourself at least 45 minutes of travel time to reach the heliport.
- Passengers weighing over 275 lbs./124 kg. are required to buy an extra seat at 100% of the retail price. Due to weight restrictions, seat assignments cannot be guaranteed.
- A valid photo identification, such as a passport or driver’s license, is required and match reservation.
- Passengers are required to undergo scanning by a metal detector.
- All bags are subject to inspection. Free lockers are provided to store your belongings during the flight.
- Helicopter window seats aren’t guaranteed due to weight and balance factors.
- No parking on site.

Breathtaking and once in a lifetime experience - Due to unseen circumstances, my original flight time was cancelled,but after a couple of emails to and fro, Charm Aviation managed to accommodate me on the same day,just at a later time..
Great response from them when I first started communications over re-booking in with them.they went above and beyond..and as for the flight and experience itself...well, wow! it was smooth the pilot was informative and encouraged questions and chit chat throughout the flight..
The views of manhattan are just BREATHING! It was a lifetime ambition to do this and Charm Aviations made every part of the experience one I'll never forget..what an experience

Wonderful New York experience - A wonderful way to see the sights of new york. It was very sowcial to get up so close to the ststue of liberty. It was over so quickly, but although it is expensive it is worth every penny. Wonderfuk memory for the kids

Amazing views - It really is a spectacular way to see the city. You get fantastic views of Liberty and all of Manhattan with good commentary. The pilot was really calm which really helped my nerves! It was a great ending to a very memorable holiday.

What an experience.. epic ! - Was given thus as a gift from my wife and children for father's day and my birthday. An unbelievable experience. Our pilot was great, knew I was a little scared as never done this before, but he made me feel at ease. If you get the chance , do it, you will not regret it.

DO NOT sit in the middle seat. - I booked this trip for my daughters birthday but was seated in the middle of a three person bench seat with adults either side. My view was therefore limited as they spent most of the trip filming out the window on their i phones. Very disappointing for what was an expensive experience..
