THE BEST TOUR OF OUR LIFE! Brooklyn Giro Bike Tours Day in Manhatton - For five glorious hours covering almost 20 miles, my wife and I had the best time ever on a bike tour. Neither Paris nor London tours this year were even close to the Manhattan tour. We saw the entire city, from Wall Street, thru Chinatown, up 7th and 5th Avenue and of course shopping districts , thru Central Park to 72d Street, down 7th Avenue with NYC pizza!, the West Side Hudson River bike path, Greenwich Village, and of course the 9/11 Memorial. Frank, our guide, knew the history of everything and all the right routes to see so much that was very beautiful. It is a great city to see on a bike! And Frank led us on the busiest roads safely. But most of all, he was fun, very humorous and caring. A memory of a lifetime. Bruce & Anne Walker, serious cyclists from San Antonio Texas

A great way to do sightseeing! - Fantastic day out cycling around Manhattan! Our guide Frank was very knowledgeable, telling us loads of interesting facts about the city, and he was great company too! We (myself and 20yr old daughter) did a Brooklyn Giro tour of Brooklyn a couple of years ago and wouldn't even consider using another company because we were so impressed with our experience. Honestly can't fault it, a great way to do sightseeing.

Great Day in Manhattan - Had a fantastic time riding around Manhattan with Frank. He's knowledgeable, friendly, and an overall great guide. We hit all the Manhattan attractions you'd want to see and he was even willing to make a bit of a detour to swing by something a fellow rider asked to visit. Good quality bikes, too. All in all, it was a fun day spent pedaling around NYC with good people. What's not to love? Highly recommended!

Bicycling Through Manhattan-a Great Ride! - We very much enjoyed the A Day in Manhattan tour offered by Brooklyn Giro Bike Tours. Our guide, Frank, was very personable and quite knowledgeable about the city and its rich history. The hybrid bicycles were in good repair and very comfortable to ride. The tour is about 20 miles in length and lasts about 5 hours, but it is paced well and not strenuous. We strongly suggest that riders be attentive to the starting location for each specific bike tour, because they do not always begin at the same place. While the riders are provided the address of the starting point for their tour by the tour provider, another family in our tour mistook the starting place for our tour as being in Brooklyn; however, it began in lower Manhattan. Waiting for these riders to arrive at the Manhattan location delayed the start of our tour by about 20 minutes. One suggestion we have for Brooklyn Giro Bicycle Tours is to text and/or email each tourist the day before their scheduled ride to remind them of their tour’s starting location and time. This gentle reminder may prevent the mix up about the starting location that members of our tour group experienced.

so very interesting!! - The most memorable part of the trip was The wonderful stories That Tom, my guide, told. He’s a great historian but he’s an even better storyteller. Nobody likes to learn about history. But we all love a good story and that’s what Tom provided., Not just dry history. The tour was more about the culture Of so many wonderful people in Chinatown Greenwich Village, little Italy, and so many more pockets of culture within the Manhattan metro. Thanks Tom!

The Absolute Best Way to Tour the City! - This is the very best way to tour the city. After equipping my daughter and I with excellent bikes, our guide, Robby, took us all over Manhattan including Central Park. He knew all the ins and outs, so we were able to experience a vast array of sights up close and personal. We look forward to booking the rest of the tours on future visits.

Lots of fun but check your bikes before you start - This trip was fun but beware, check your bikes before you depart. I had no back brake which caused me to almost flip over when I had to fast stop in Central Park. My back tire also wobbled back and forth.

Unprofessional company - I booked this tour month in advance then it was cancelled on me the morning it was supposed to start because they didn’t have enough people in the booking for their liking
