Ground Zero Tour - Tim was fabulous! A local and knowledgeable guide. One of our party was using a cane and made most of the tour but Tim was always concerned all was going well for her and her experience with the tour. He was so accommodating and made certain that we learned more than what we knew prior to the tour. It was just perfect! Thank you! It was a great experience and we loved Tim!

Mom and son trip to NYC - Our tour guide Jaclyn was amazing and very knowledgeable. She shared many interesting facts and photos of how things close to the area were impacted as a result of this horrific event. These things also gave you hope to the resilence of the human spirit and mother nature. The pools outside are a beautiful tribute to the victims and somehow give you a sense of peace. The museum is very moving and well done. I found myself getting choked up while looking at some of the artifacts and listening to the testimonials of people that were directly involved with the aftermath. The views from the observatory are breath taking. I highly recommend this tour to people of all ages and walks of life. It is a way for us all to pay our respects to lives that were lost and really grasp the impact this event had on the world changing it forever.

All around fantastic! - Daniel was an amazing guide, his personal stories from 9/11 helped get everyone, not from NYC, to paint a better picture of what happened on ground zero and the surrounding areas. We were also lead around the area and shown places that had been affected, and those still standing throughout. It's an extremely well-rounded tour. We were impressed. We also did the Museum and the One World Observatory. Defiantly worth it!!! Amazing views!

9/11 Walking Tour & Museum - An absolute must do! - I would highly recommend the full walking tour, plus entry into the 9/11 museum. Our guide had great stories, was engaging, and had a good balance of history and where we are today with the memorial. The museum itself is an absolute must do when visiting NYC. It’s both heartbreaking and yet peaceful due to how wonderful the museum and memories of those lives lost have been remembered. Including the walking tour, I easily spent a total of 4 hours. It’s important to take your time, read the stories, listen to the families talk about their loved ones - it’s certainly emotional. Definitely 5/5 for me.

Tour guide enhanced our visit with personal knowledge - Dave’s personal experience and knowledge of the day was beneficial to hear. He pointed out key elements of the area which we would not have known to look for. He was kind, and patient and fielded questions well. He is approachable
