What a nice tour - I did this tour with Dan in a little group. He was great, explaining all things really well and open for questions and feedback. During and after the tour he gave some good advice for food that tue be out to be solid for sure. Ask for Dan, he is the best!

Historical trip around Little Italy - We want on a cvisit of Little Italy with our guide Dan 28th May. The tour was clear and easy to understand for foreigner. We were able to learn a lot about the history of the district itself abut local shop owners and were given tips on where to find good food addresses. Overall the tour gave us a good feeling of what it would have been like to live in the area a few decades ago and was full of interesting stories about local larger than life figures. Well worth the money and an excellent way to get to know New York in more depth.

A must for anyone taking in Little Italy - Our guide Dan was a great storyteller and educator, explaining the neighborhood’s historical roots perfectly. Also lots of funny little anecdotes about many of the stops along the way.

Bellissima!! - What an incredible experience, coming from the UK, I went into this tour completely open to learning anything and everything and that’s exactly what I did. Our tour guide Dan couldn’t have been any better, incredibly informative and quite the comedian too (which makes all the difference)! I must say the best part of the tour was the recommendations for places to eat, we must have spent about 3 hours in little Italy after this tour, going around the streets to take what we just learnt in but to sample the incredible food and beverages too! Without doubt the best thing we have done in NYC so far and trust me I’ve been here for a week so have done a lot! Thank you Tommy for arranging and thank you to Dan for a brilliant 2 hours!

Great tour in Little Italy - This was an incredible tour and so worth our time. Go, go, go. We went as a family with three teens, and they loved it too. Our tour guide was wonderful. He shared his personal experiences from Little Italy along with historical information with regard to the Italian immigration. Our guide was passionate about growing the neighborhood again and pointed out all the shops still thriving in the area. It was such a delight, our family headed back to Little Italy another night to eat a fabulous dinner and grab some cannoli's. YUM!

Great time in Little Italy - We had an amazing time with Dan! We learnt a lot about Little Italy and how Italian immigrants arrived (and left). Dan also provided us with suggestions of places to eat after our tour and was extremely friendly. We spent with him the whole day scheduling also the Chinatown tour that I also strongly recommend (also operated by Tommy's New York)

Incredible in-depth local tour - Went on the Little Italy tour, my guide was Dan, and it was a lovely small group. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable, passionate about the history and genuinely a great guide. I enjoyed myself so much that I can back to the neighbourhood the very next day to do the Chinatown tour with him. We learnt about Italian immigration history into NY, the gang and mafia changes over time, the first Italian NYPD officer and all number of amazing local recommendations. Plus every place we stopped was beautiful and maybe the most pretty place in the city I’ve seen yet. Thank you!!

Very disappointed - Our tour was run through Tommy’s NY Doing 3.2km walking in 35 degree over two hours was a big ask. Our tour guide was Robert. He was a big flop. No personality. Walked way too fast . Our tour started with say 12 and ended with 2. I had heard great things about this tour but our one was a big flop. We have done other tours in the heat but the guide has us hanging on every word so we stuck around . But this was an absolute waste of our time
