How wrong that landlord was. Today, the franchise - which includes cafes, casinos and hotels - can be found in more than 63 countries. The franchise owns the world’s greatest collection of music memorabilia, and you can see it on display at its locations around the globe.

Great to do again - 6 days in New York, eating twice at the Hard Rock Café, very good burgers, good service, very nice restaurant in Times Squares, we really enjoyed the atmosphere.

Great service - Lovely food with fabulous service by Jose (I think that was his name) very attentive and super friendly. Atmosphere was great with good music and the decor was nice to walk around and have a look at.

Great cocktails and great server - The cocktails were lovely. The whole experience was made 10 times better by our server Charlie. Who was a great host!! He was extremely friendly and helpful and didn’t want us to leave!

Food excellent - Food and service both amazing. Drinks also amazing! Would go back! Really enjoyed our night there. The only thing was the drunk guy at the bar staff seemed to have no control he was dancing all over and running up to family’s who where trying to enjoy there night. He was shouting and singing extremely loud. Several complaints made but nothing actioned by bar staff. It didn’t bother us but did other people. Our night was still good!

Top restaurant in a top location - Very good Hard Rock on Times Square. Make sure you reserve a table otherwise it will be difficult. The food was very tasty and warm. Service was nice and attentive.

Hard rock nyc - Mandatory stop for a family. In fact, here in the center of Time Square is this iconic New York venue. At the entrance there is the boutique then inside you will immediately find the staff who will lead you into the room where there are tables for dining. Very good burgers and large dishes. Nice atmosphere.

It was ok - The restaurant was almost empty but they seated at the back next to the kitchen and proceeded to knock into my husband. The server was pleasant and helpful and the food was ok.

Bad! Quality falling. - Very bad service, waiters serve a thousand tables at the same time, pretend they don't see you calling, wave from afar and after several minutes go there as if it were a favor, the food arrived cold! We were 4 people, all the burgers and potatoes came cold!! We were already tired and fed up, so it wasn't even worth complaining about it at the time. Anyway, the quality is falling, the service is bad and in the end, what do you want? Tip! Charge a fee of at least 18% for a terrible service. I wouldn't go back and I don't recommend it.

Disappointing family meal - We were massively disappointed with our visit to Hardrock Cafe NYC, we have visited Hardrocks all over the world as it is our teenagers favourite place. We arrived to be told there was an hours wait, which was fine we expected this, so we had a look around and waited in the seating area. We were shown to a high table even though there was plenty or regular tables available. Our table was directly in front of the DJ so it was very loud and we had little space. We placed our order with a waitress who was very uninterested and not friendly. Our food arrived and 3 out 4 meals were cold so we struggled to find any staff so that we could explain, we finally found someone and sent the food back. Our food was replaced but when it was returned the order was wrong so we had to send my sons meal back again. Our waitress was nowhere to be seen. Eventually she reappeared with our bill but just placed it down because she said she was leaving. This was our worst meal and experience during our weeks stay in New York.

A disaster - Very disappointed: the music does not fit at all with the theme (hard rock café) I've done several HRC, and it's the only one that broadcasts off-theme music Friendly waiter despite the notion of a tourist factory On the plate it’s a disaster: zero/100 quality/price ratio I ordered salmon (a la carte): more salmon I settled on Mac and cheese for over $17 per plate of pasta, I think it’s excessive. My partner: a steak for 42 euros Who are we laughing at ? To avoid
