Great tour with a great guide - We enjoyed our tour with William very much. William is very knowledgeable and a great guide. He explained a lot about history, architecture and the social and economic changes that Harlem went through over time. Our tour with William felt like a walk around the neighborhood with a good friend. Thank you very much William! =)

Great and interesting tour - Great tour with lots of information. Entertaining and interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to places that a "normal" tourist would not find.

Great thing to fi - This was a great tour, especially of the City on a Hill college. William our guide was magnificent. So friendly and knowledgeable. Could not recommend this experience more, for this tour or the Gospel singing experiences either.

From the gilded age to the Harlem Renaissance - Because he works at CCNY our guide, William, shared a lot of the school's history and was able to access interesting spaces, like the great hall. His expertisee spanned architecture, history and the lives of prominent, influential black residents of Harlem.

Best Cultural Tour Hamilton Heights, Harlem - We enjoy learning history when travelling. We learned so much from George our guide - culture, history, architecture, folklore. He is a true historian of the area. Thanks for a memorable tour.

Enriching and surprising visit - The guide explained very clearly the story and facts about Harlem. It surprised me how historical this area was. As a lover of American history I found it really interesting.

Wonderful, interesting tour - George really made our tour in Harlem an authentic experience. The tour went at a nice slow pace - perfect on a hot Summer day! The area has so much to offer and some really interesting history. It was great to escape the hustle and bustle of downtown Manhattan for a few hours, and to have such a passionate local as our guide really topped off the experience.

Sunday Gospel local experience - We had a wonderful time and a great local experience with Jocelyn, our guide. Attending the Sunday Gospel was very intimate and interesting - totally different to what I was expecting. I highly recommend the tour. The only flaw in our tour was that it ended about 40 minutes later than expected (some people checked-in late and we had to wait for them), so the majority of our group missed the final stops

No one from the tour company showed up to do the tour - I waited 15 min in the designated spot, but no one showed up to do the tour or contacted me in any way. I called the tour company number twice. On the second try someone answered and said she did not know where the guide was. I asked for a refund which she said she processed while we were on the phone. However, the refund never processed. Capital One did remove the charge as the service I paid for was not provided.
