Sobering Reminder of 9/11 Artifacts - We purchased our tickets online for the All-Access 9/11: Ground Zero Tour, Memorial and Museum, One World Observatory and there were NO lines. We had a wonderful tour guide (Russell Roubin) and when it was time to go in - we were taken to the door, tickets scanned with immediate entry. The park is beautiful, leaving a calm serene feeling of peace. The museum is underground and the displays are sobering... twisted steel and the staircase stand out. Multiple walls of pictures dedicated to all the fallen souls with a short video summarizing their regular lives was especially touching. The museum and park that were built in the years since the tragedy of 9/11 is a stark reminder to all of us, and something everyone should visit at some point in their lives.

WELL DONE AND RESPECTFUL AND INCREDIBLY AWESOME VIEWS - We knew this had the potential to bring about a tear or two. It absolutely did. This place is Sacred Ground and an absolutely breathtakingly somber and fitting tribute to those many many people lost during the senseless terrorist attack on 9/11. The park staff is very helpful and makes sure everyone that is here to pay respects is just that; reflective, keeps noise levels at a proper level that is due this monument. They keep the plaza spotlessly tidy, the trees offer plenty of shade and only add to the museum and 1776 foot high observatory deck are well worth the price. It is a MUST do and see whilst in NYC

Very informative with a great guide - Our tour guide was John Block. As they had no other booking for our time slot we were lucky enough to get a 1 on 1 tour. We started at battery park and finished at the 911 memorial site. John is a local who has lived here for 50 odd years. This showed with the amount of information and quirky little stories he gave us about all sorts of things. As he will admit himself he is a guy who can and loves to talk, which is a good attribute for a tour guide! He was extremely friendly and even gave us some general tips on how to make the city work for us in terms of transport and not overpaying for things etc. lovely guy and made our experience really nice. Highly recommended.

Need more time for this - The Observatory was so nice and being able to see so far. I really liked the way they had the 3d as you went up the elevator.

General cultural experience - I had the opportunity to go last summer, I wanted to know a little of the history, the testimonies and see the residues of that sad and dramatic moment, a site with a lot of energetic charge and it is always good to know a little more in depth about the historical events and events that have left scars on humanity and history, in my opinion a little expensive the entrance fee for this type of events.

Got more information of Memorial Site on NY City Tour than this! - Host was unwelcoming. rushed , under prepared and was more interested in Financial District than Memorial site. Not interested in helping us with sorting out issues to gain entry to Observation Deck. We were asked to change our times and be upgraded but we feel we had a sub satisfactory tour. There was no upgrade!

Poor tour great site - I totally recommend visiting ground zero. It is eerie to walk through and see what the people of NY endured at the hands of such evil and hate. My heart goes out to all who endured and lost loved ones. As far as the tour guide which was non existent it involved giving me my tickets and pointing me in the direction in which to walk enable to arrive at my destination. Everything we did and saw was without the need for $ spent purchasing through Viator. They also gave me the wrong tickets to one world observatory which took another chunk of time to work out with the fine folks of one world observatory with no help from tour guide or Viator. I would not use them again for this location. Waste of money. I would find alternate tours or purchase tickets at location as the site is one not to be missed.
