Paid for platinum received the silver - Well, we had spent 6 great days in NYC, including NYE, and this was our finale. We arrived 1 hour before our flight time to make sure we were present and didn't incur any penalty charges. In doing so, we spent quite a while sitting next to the reception desk. Quite a few customers were getting charged for late arrival, even though they flew late because of backlogs. Also, most of the flights were getting cut short, saying the aircraft needed fuel, but this was to catch up on the backlog, in my opinion. Our flight time was 11am but we didn't fly until 11.37. We paid for the grand tour and returned at 11.58, which did not fly the Grand tour route, covering the Brooklyn Bridge. So, in effect, we paid for a grand tour but received the Central Park Tour. Next time, I will book earlier and use a more reputable company that uses newer aircraft and gives you the Tour that you paid for. This is an honest review of the service provided and not one that requested a refund. Please be aware when booking!!! You MAY be disappointed!!!!

Dishonest - They canceled our tour after having kept us attending on the pretext that it was too foggy while it was almost sunny
