Fantastic 'The Now' - I stayed in 'The Now' last week with my family. Beautiful property with KALLAR river flowing next to the Homestay. You can take bath in the river, crystal clear water and absolutely safe as well. The most important point about the property is the Caretaker / Owner of the HomeStay Mr.Krishnan. He take care of every minute details of his guests. He does does bother to go extra mile to help the guests, no mater what. Special thanks to him for helping me to find a place for may extended stay, arranging some special stuff requested by me. Regards, Saumendra

Amazing views of the city, but very crowded - Although this was a fantastic experience I would offer a suggestion : if, like us, the Covid pandemic has made you a little wary of crowds, then avoid visiting at sunset, it's absolutely packed. That said it gives amazing views and the sunset was spectacular and we really did enjoy it, just didn't stay as long as we would have it if wasn't so busy. A real highlight was the video presentation in the lift, especially going down. Could have fine that several times.

Not all good - The queuing system for The Edge visit is chaotic. Even with a reservation for a 17.20 visit we had to go to the back of the line and queue fir 40 mins. Once through, you then queue through a series of crowded, narrow corridors, which are slightly claustrophobic, as there’s no windows, for another 40 mins. In all honesty, we were ready to use the fire exit to get out. If we’d had to wait any longer. Once you finally make your way through this ordeal the views are simply stunning and probably the best you’ll get in New York. You then queue to get down. Our take was, they obviously allow waaaaay too many people to book and can’t control the numbers on the day. It verges in the dangerous

Rude Employees. Inefficient management of lines. - The people who greeted us acted as if they did not want to be there. We were forced to enter at an exact time despite being 10 minutes early. This was followed by having to wait for 35 minutes in a cramped corridor with poor air conditioning and loud, obnoxious music. The view was nice.

Poor Customer Service at The Edge - Traveled to NYC to visit the Flowerbomb display located on the interior of the 100th floor of the Edge. When we arrived they had shut the whole place down for the day because it was a rainy day and the outside observation deck had zero visibility. We had already prepurchased our tickets online prior to our arrival so imagine our surprise when we arrived and the whole operation was completely shut down. We asked to speak with the manager and informed him that we had traveled 2 hours and got all dressed up to come experience the Flowerbomb exhibit which is indoors, not outside on the observation deck and that we had zero interest in going outside to the observation deck. Initially, he was going to let us in but then his superior told him he could not permit us in to see Flowerbomb. What a huge disappointment! They then offered us tickets for another day which we declined as we were only in NYC for the day. Then they gave us a refund of our ticket price. While I understand that inclement weather can force unexpected changes I just feel like because we had prepurchased our tickets online they should have contacted us and told us the exhibit was closed for the day so we could have made alternate plans and not been blindsided when we arrived. That was rotten.

Not a good deal - The guide was great but we went to the Edge and they didn't want to accept our admissions tickets so we didn't get to go up at all
