Super Xmassy! - This was such a wonderful Xmassy experience. The amount of effort put in to the decorations on each home was incredible! The Xmas songs played during the coach journey was a really nice touch and added to the Xmas atmosphere. There were ice cream vans parked on each corner with snow machines, selling hot chocs which was lovely. Some of the residents of the homes were also in their garages selling hot drinks for a small fee, which was really nice to see. Very friendly and beautiful neighbourhood. Our tour guide, unfortunately I cant remember his name (sorry) but he was German if that helps to identify him, he was very nice & friendly also. The stop off to watch the sunset on the way to Dyker was wonderful, we were very lucky to have had a clear night & could see the Statue of Liberty in the distance, with the orangey/yellow sky, stunning. The stop off on the way back to see the twinkling Manhattan skyline in the darkness was equally amazing. Brilliant tour, would definitely recommend to people of all ages.

Recommend this experience! - This was a very well run tour. Felt professional and we felt pretty taken care of. The views of the city are amazing. And it's so much fun to see all the Christmas lights! There are plenty of people around- it's a popular activity so just be aware of that. You also might want to bring some extra cash to tip your tour guides, and also buy some hot chocolate and other goodies that are abundant on your walking tour! I also loved that we got to go by the Brooklyn bridge and see the bridge and the sky line on the way back. A really good time for sure. Recommend it!

Bad Day MADE GREAT! - I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was worth every penny for us. We had a very rough day and jus happened upon this tour while walking and saw a sign. Fortunately for us they ha a couple of extra seats and were able to fit us in. The guide was helpful and friendly. We loved that is also provided in two languages. Even though we don't speak German it was nice to see others being able to enjoy the history of the city and lights. The stop at the Brooklyn Bridge was breathtaking. In fear of butchering the spelling of the tour guide's name, I won't attempt...he was FANTASTIC!!!

Fun way to get in Christmas spirit for a local - My daughter and I always try to add a new holiday experience each year. We are local ( from NJ) but I hate driving and Brooklyn and can’t handle lack of parking. Took this tour and it was amazing way to see the lights. We had a guide who spoke German for some of the tourists and he was amazing. He was calm , friendly, informative and kept everyone together

Very enjoyable, shame about the sunset photos of the skyline. - The tour guide was very knowledgeable and gave us some interesting facts. It was a shame that the first stop of the Statue of Liberty and skyline was so rushed. I know you can't guarantee a sunset, but if the bus had left slightly earlier we may have seen one to take photos of this iconic view, rather than in the dark. Plus, we had about 5 minutes max for a toilet break, as there were no toilets on the bus, not ideal. The Dyker Heights area lived up to expectations, be warned it is very busy and you may lose your tour guide if you are not careful. That said, the tour guide did tell us the address to meet if we did get lost from the group. The Brooklyn Bridge skyline was amazing at night. All in all, it was a very enjoyable trip.

Good sights but unorganized tour company - Beautiful views of the Christmas lights, skyline, and Brooklyn Bridge. However, bus was late, tour company apparently doesn’t have approval for meeting place as run off by NYCPD and group had to move while waiting. First Stop was for bathroom only and we had to walk about 1/4 mile around block and thru Brookfield Place mall for restroom. Wasted so much time. Tour guide was helpful and friendly but not the best speaker or narrator. Tour says four hours but took over 4 1/2 due to lack of organization. Overall still worth seeing though.

Full Refund - The tour was somehow overbooked and we were unable to go. However it turned out ok for us and we received a sincere apology and full refund that same night as well as an offer to go for free if we should return to NYC. So based on their fair refund and email communication I would book with them again.
