Avoid the tour company Fever - Avoid this tour. It's run by a company called Fever, which has outlets in Europe (comparable to Viator or Get Your Guide). We signed on with them for a Jan. 5 Chinatown food tour in NYC, and the guide never showed up. There was no phone number to get in touch with them, so I emailed them from their site asking where the guide is. Of course no response. My husband had the presence of mind to take a picture of the street signs on the corner where the guide was supposed to meet us, so we provided time-stamped photo evidence to the company that we were there. And they should have our email. They have refused to do anything about this, insisting that the guide was there and we weren't. The BBB ratings for this company are atrocious. They are refusing to refund out $140. Beware.
