A friendly helpful driver and a lovely experience - A great tour with a friendly and helpful driver. Joining instructions a bit vague though. We had to ask each carriage driver in the line if they had our booking.

Charming carriage tour in Central Park - Our tour guide, Honor, was very communicative,nice, and knowledgeable during our tour. He wasn’t in a rush and wanted to make sure we had a memorable experience. He even took time to point out landmarks and stop to take photos for us.

Peaceful and Relaxing - Just the sound of Brandie's hoofs on the pavement and the peaceness of the park. Ismel was courteous but he forgot to take our picture. Otherwise it was good trip.

Carriage ride in Central park - New york is fascinating. I think I offended our driver when I asked for confirmation that he was our booked driver. With so many husseling for work, you have to be careful. Our driver was very nice and the carriage ride was lovely. However the information given on the sites to see within the park was limited. I imagined there would have been a lot more detail about the park.

Cheated and lied to - For the price they charged ($300), this was a complete ripoff. They promised to take photos at important locations, they didn't take any. They promised to let our kids feed the horses carrots, they ran out of carrots. The carriage itself was lackluster, no lights or decorations. The whole thing was disappointing. Next time I'd just show up and negotiate with a rider there, it wasn't worth booking in advance.
