Central Park Delight - Excellent tour! We had electric bikes, electric scooters and regular bikes. The tour guide accommodated everyone. We stopped at all the significant places. Phillip was a wonderful guide!

Zipping Thru Central Park - Zipping through Central Park on an EBike was so much fun! We saw the whole park. Michael was the best guide! We highly recommend it!

You will have FUN! - Phillip was our guide, and he was terrific. Engaging. Knowledgeable. Affable. Fun. We toured the park in about two hours. It was a little crowded at the start, but the park traffic thins out as you travel north. The e-bike was plenty easy to ride. Good power adjuments up ro down. Safe. A really fun way to see Central Park...and Phillip was outstanding. He know his movie connections to the Park, which I loved.

Morning tour of Central park - Very enjoyable,relaxing and interesting tour of Central Park. Chris was a very nice knowledgeable tour guide and would highly recommend this tour. Joseph

Tardy Tour - Enjoyed our tour guide but he was 30 minutes late. The ebikes were newer and comfortable. I would give all the stars if he had showed up on time.

Great time despite the rain! - Our guide Phillip was great. It was pouring rain but he had a good attitude and was personable and knowledgable. Covered alll the high points of the park, gave us time to take photos and explore. The electric bikes worked well! It was fun to try them out and helped grandma keep up without getting exhausted!!

The stops were nice for... - The stops were nice for great photo opportunities. It was an easy ride. Could not have a picked a better day for weather.

Love Biking Central Park -- Rent Somewhere Else - The employees didn’t understand English well. We were supposed to get a helmet but none were provided or offered. Rented an E-Bike and got zero instructions... glad we have some back home. Asked for instructions but workers didn’t understand me. Ask where to go to enter the park, zero help just a hand pointing towards 7th Ave. Biking in Central Park is awesome and so much fun... I would highly recommend doing it, but rent somewhere else (there are so many options close by). We rented for 2 hours and went around Central Park 2.5 times and saw a ton. The only other thing to add it the E-Bikes we rented were average and didn't have a ton of acceleration.

Very disappointing! - As it was POURING rain, we did not go. I tried to contact the bike store several times starting at 7:00am to no avail. When I finally got through at 10 am, they said it wasn’t cancelled and our guide was waiting for us! An e-bike ride in the pouring rain??? They said there would be no refund but offered a credit. We won’t be back to NYC, so it is a worthless credit. Very disappointed in that response!

Do NOT Recommend - No customer service. Employees spoken very broken English. Tour guide was 15 minutes late and ended the tour 15 minutes early. Did not receive nor was offered a helmet as stated was provided. Received no instructions on how to use the rental.
