Very emotional. - This experience was incredible. New York has done a great job with honoring those lost on that tragic day in 2001. It was really hard not to get emotional.

Well worth the pre- booking through TripAdvisor - The ease of making reservations, and the great treatment of your staff. Nice to be able to see the Statue of Liberty as well as Ellis Island. 9-11 Museum/Memorial were a sobering yet remarkable site.

Not enough time for Lady Liberty. - The 9/11 museum was amazing. Could’ve spent all day there and on Ellis Island. Feel like Statue of Liberty we were not given enough time to actually see her and the museum.

Sad - Obviously this is terrible to see but I wasn't as emotional as I thought I would be but as a first time visit to New York it has to be done.

Don’t miss the 911 memorial and museum! - Our tour guide (Vivien) was excellent. This was a lot to do in one day. If you have time, I’d suggest doing the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island on one day and the 911 memorial and museum on another. If you can only do one…don’t miss the 911 museum. Beautifully done. Despite the promotion, there is no “skip the line” but timed entry helps.

Historical Voyage - Our guide, Vivian, was excellent. The ferries are packed but it is part of the experience and it set the mood as you approach the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Both attraction are very much a part of American history. I really wish we had more time at both destinations to explore further and learn more.

Dont trust the website - I booked a statue tour for the 6th , the website said I could add on the 9/11 museum for a little more so I did, but it didnt tell me that the 9/11 museum is closed on the 6th so it automatically changed my trip to the 7th which I couldnt do. I requested a refund and it said I could cancel but I would get no money back.

Your time moved with almost no notice - no refund return call or text provided - Received a text a little after midnight prior to our scheduled 11:00am tour the following day asking us to arrive at 9:00 instead. I responded to the text and called the phone number with no answer. We were a few minutes late to the 9am and no one was there. We never got our tour. I requested a refund and received a generic response that the refund was denied. Do not book this tour. Many of the one star reviews are a similar issue. This tour is not well run. Purchase tickets to each event directly so you do not get scammed like we did.
