Thought provoking experience - Daniel M our guide gave a personal insight as to his day in the city watching 9-11 unfold. He was very knowledgeable & informative about an emotional subject without being overly sentimental. It was a pleasure to meet him & to attempt to comprehend the enormity of events through the eyes of a witness. Having said that, he was very positive as to how the memorial garden came to be designed and constructed. A tour not to be missed

NY trip 2024 - Daniel was amazing! My wife and I brought our 3 kids 15,13,9 to see NY. We wanted them to see a ground zero and to see how much our world changed in the blink of an eye. Thank you Daniel for your interaction with us especially my youngest son.

9/11 Experience We All Need to Experience - Our guide, Johnathon, was wonderful. My two kids & I had a private tour with him and it was more than worth it! He was so knowledgeable and the way he distilled down such a serious topic to expand my knowledge and give my kids a sense of this world changing event, was amazing. To hear stories of how Americans from all walks of life became hero’s makes me both sad and proud at the same time. Wonderful tour and Johnathon’s knowledge and humor were on point. Request him for your small group. You won’t be disappointed!

A Moving Incredible Experience!!! - Our tour guide was extremely informative and gave us details about 911 which one has not heard. She answered all our questions. We began at St. Paul's Chapel, then visited the Oculus World Trade Shopping Center, and finally Ground Zero. She gave us private, quiet time at Ground Zero and explained the symbolism of the water, the white roses, and how the memorials are arranged. We saw looming into the sky the new tall World Trade Center Buildings! Our tour guide explained how it is constructed differently than the other two buildings. The memorial and the whole experience was moving! While there was sadness, there was also great heroism. The heroes, especially the firefighters, make me proud to be an American!

Best tour I’ve taken - Ray was the perfect tour guide. He gave us his own experience from that day along with information we had not heard before then. I have a whole new respect for NYC and its people - he helped us understand what it felt like that day at ground zero. I would highly suggest taking the tour with him.

Heartfelt and Thorough tour guide - Jaclyn did a very thorough and heartfelt tour of the 9/11 memorials. It was difficult for me to relive that day that affected all of us in so many ways. Jaclyn has great respect for all those who suffered that day and left us feeling like we’d honored those who lost their lives.

9/11 tour - Very knowledgeable tour guide Dave walked us through the history of the twin towers, events of the day and post developments since. I would highly recommend booking onto a tour. Well narrated in a relaxed and calm voice.

9/11 memorial tour - Ray was great. His first hand experience from being there on 9/11 cannot be matched by someone that was not there.

Not great! - I have done this walking tour before and loved it. We had the best guide in the past and I was really looking forward to sharing it with my family and kids this time. Dave was very boring and kept talking about history of NYC versus the events of 911. I was hoping my kids could learn more and appreciate what happened that day and beyond which we didn’t get. We were all waiting for the tour to end and did not get much out of the tour at all.
