- 9/11 Memorial Museum at 5 pm is non-guided. An average visit takes approximately two hours
- Please note that guests will need to pass through airport style security to enter the 9/11 Memorial Museum. Certain items are not permitted in the Museum and such items will be confiscated and will not be returned. Please refer to 9/11 Museum’s guidelines on specific prohibited items.

Ground zero guided tour rebuild rebuild new york new york - Incredible place and yet quite somber me and demi were fascinated by the whole experience & of course so sad at the same time I'm so glad we did it to pay our respects for all involved.

Really interesting but overwhelming in parts … - Particularly liked the small group. Just us and another couple. Craig was an excellent guide and was so interesting to hear about the impact on the immediate ground zero location. Perfect timings for the winter as you started in the day light then once you have been around the museum it’s dark and all lite up.

Would Definitely Recommend - Alice was an amazing tour guide! She was so knowledgeable and full of meaningful information and stories. She was able to keep the tour informative and touching without it being depressing. We all have very deep memories of this day, and it is not easy to honor everyone’s losses while keeping the experience light and entertaining. I thought she did a wonderful job balancing the heavy topic and feelings with inspirational stories and a hopeful message for the future.

Excellent Tour: Must see/do experience when visiting NYC - We took our teenage kids (boy & girl) and I would rate it as must see/do experience when visiting NYC. The museum/memorial is extremely well done to educate and remind us what occurred. I personally found it more emotional than I expected. Our tour guide was excellent and really added perspective on the experience.
