Definitely recommend! - It was such a cold and rainy day, but Jaclyn's tour was amazing and more than made up for the weather! She made the experience really personal. I've been living in NYC for 3 years and have walked by the memorial, but hearing about all the little things I didn't know or couldn't have found out without her knowledge of the daily workings of the memorial made it really insightful and meaningful.

The Guide makes the difference - Amazing Tour! - Jacklyn was an amazing guide, passionate and well-prepared: I did like the personal touch she added to the info she was providing. Very interesting! And of course, 9/11 memorial is breath taking and so emotional. One of the “must see” things every time I come to Nyc!

See above comments - Jaclyn was an excellent tour guide. We have taken our grandchildren to this site as they turn 16 and this was the best one by far. My wife and i saw and learned a number of new things today as well. Thank you Jaclyn!
