Follow the route navigated by the firefighters and comprehend how some survived the collapse of a towering 110-story construction. With the help of historical photographs from the attacks, this journey will catalog the occurrences of that fateful day. You’ll be amazed by the courage shown by these First Responders. Understand how the “Angel of Stairwell B” played a pivotal role in rescuing a group of firefighters and the miraculous survival of the “911 Surfer”, who descended amidst 88 floors of collapsing rubble.

Concluding at the Memorial Plaza, you’ll gain an understanding of the design and development of the new World Trade Center Precinct. This is the ultimate Ground Zero exploration. Expedited entry to the Official September 11th Museum is part of the package, but all guests are required to go through security. The museum visit is self-guided.

Great informative experience - Video explanations in the museum were great. Be prepared to spend 3-4 hours reading and listening and bring tissues. Our tour guide for the outdoor explanation was amazing!

May we never forget - I believe that the tour was so wonderful because of our guide. His name was Richard. He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and he had first-hand experience. The photos that he showed us, and the stories that he shared were so powerful. This was a family trip, and we had our grandchildren with us. For the adults, 911 is etched in our memory, forever. For our grandchildren it was history that we have shared with them.

Emotional - Emotional, poignant, exceptional- remembering the fallen as the should be remembered. Thoughts and prayers for the families of the fallen. Paraphrasing Churchill if we forget we risk making the same mistakes again . Let us hope such atrocities are in the past.

One of the greatest experiences of our lives! - Our tour guide was amazing and so knowledgeable!! He brought the story to life with the pictures and his voice reflections. You could tell he loved doing his job. It was nice to have a private tour and our tour guide took amazing pictures for us!!! Afterwards we had admission into the 9/11 museum and we were there for almost five hours. An amazing experience for our family!!

Must See - I wanted to return to the site after the reconstruction was complete. Andrew was excellent in his presentation and how he walked the group through the before. during, and after 9/11. It is emotional, and sobering, and must attend. Andrew had the right tone, and demeanor of reverence and respect during the tour. I appreciated his kind manner, and how pleasant he was. Attending the museum afterward brought home the magnitude of the event to a different level. I will bring other family members for a return visit. Bravo Andrew!

All-encompassing 9/11 tour with Richard - Richard was amazing! Being a longtime resident who was only blocks away when everything happened, he explained not only ground zero, but the impact on the city and his family. He showed us so many important landmarks and memorials, and even some hidden gems that probably aren’t on many tours. The photos he had really put 9/11 in perspective considering how everything has been rebuilt. We received a souvenir and some personal recommendations for dining, as well as more knowledge about 9/11 than we could have imagined. Richard was an incredible guide, and knew the absolute best spots and angles for pictures. I can't emphasize his expertise enough!
