Fun informative time in New York at Ground Zero - Very good experience! Had a excellent guide with first-hand experience made everything come to life for us. Our only complaint is that we had quick access to the museum, but the observation tower was normal. Access in the line was so long we were not able to go up. Would recommend, including in your description, that you do not give priority access to the observation center.

Wonderful! - This tour was not only breathtaking but it also gave an insiders perspective on the terrible tragedy that occurred to our beloved country on September 11th, 2001. Anngelica was our tour guide for the day. She had great historical knowledge of the event, and she also put a touch of personal experiences which made the tour more impactful. The memorial is an amazing contribute to all of those involved. There was so much thought put into the architecture of the memorial for all the lives lost. The museum was also very informative, but also devastating. I highly recommend this tour and if you have Anngelica as your guide, you’ll have a very good experience!

The whole tour was... - The whole tour was awesome. Our tour guide David was fantastic. We learned a lot from taking the guided tour and the museum was definitely worth it. We spent as much time as we wanted and would recommend it to anyone.

Very moving experience - Julie was excellent, very knowledgeable and gave us a first hand experience of 9/11. It was a very moving experience. Julie was very passionate about her job and communicated to us just how tramatic that day was to the people who were there that day.

Tour guide is a nice touch - It was a nice experience to have a guide. Jim was kind and knowledgeable. There is a lot to see and understand about the days events and having someone with a person experience gives you a further look into the day and the days after.
