Great Experience - Memorable experience and highly recommend. Begin with a very knowledgable NYC tour guide who has his own 9/11 experience. Great walking tour followed by a somber but very respectful and moving tour of the 911 museum. We ended with spectacular views of NYC at the World Observatory. Than you Chris!

Andrew was very... - Andrew was very knowledgeable and enjoyable. The time went by very quickly. Would recommend to bring snacks as we did the five hour excursion and didn’t have time to buy food.

Absolutely ammmmazing ❤️ and a MUST!!! - Marcus was a great tour guide. I really really enjoyed the tour. It was tour perfectly detailed. Very emotional and fun at the same time. Lots of tears and laughter. We had a fun group, very small and intimate and now we are all friends. He even took the most amazing pictures and took the trouble of sending them to us!!! The pace was perfect! I definitely highly recommend this. In fact, I want to come back and do it again in a few years and I'll probably make sure I time it when Marcus is going to be my guide 🤟👌🥰

Everyone visiting NYC should go on this tour. - The tour was execellent and our tour guide Richard was there on 9/11 and had first hand stories of what is what like in NYC that day. His perspective and insight were invaluable. The tour was emotionally moving, and we were so impressed with the Museum, and the rebuilt area transit area. The only disappointment was that the view at the Freedom Tower was non-existent due to heavy fog and rain. However, we still enjoyed a drink at the bar.

Must-see to do - On our first visit to NYC we had only visited the memorial outside, which is already very impressive. This time we wanted to visit the museum as well. There are no words strong enough to describe it. The remains (pieces of poles, escalator, destroyed fire truck,...) and the environment (under the location of the twin towers, dimmed light, heavy silence) make us aware of the gravity of this tragedy... Be careful even with a pass you have to queue to exchange the pass with an entrance ticket on the same day and choose your slot according to the remaining availability. Then line up again to visit the museum! It is better to go early in the morning (before 10am) for a choice.

Very Informative! - Our tour guide, Richard, was so knowledgeable and has lived in NYC for 50 years! The museum is awesome but getting his personal knowledge of 9-11 surpasses reading or listening to audio.

911 memorial - The dreaded terrorist event which occured in 11 Sep 2001. Those memories, the lives lost. Highly recommended to those who remembered watching this live on their TV back in 2001. Get a guided tour, makes more sense to this tour. Amazing experience.
