Top of the Rock- All in one pass-express pass - We had an amazing time at Top of the Rock. We were running short on time and needed to catch a flight in 3 hours. Robert at the ticket booth recommended the VIP pass in order to enjoy everything and not felt rush and by pass the lines. He wasn’t pushy or rushed us. But he wanted to give us all the information so we can make the best choices for us. Since we knew we wouldn’t be back to NYC and didn’t want to rush or miss our flight, we bit the bullet and did the VIP express pass and we had the best time! Would recommend this to everyone!

Visit Top of the Rock! - We took the first tour of the day as I had read it was the best time for fewer people. It is absolutely true. We did not feel crowded, no lines, was able to view all decks easily. The views (and we had an overcast day) are remarkable. The views from the Skylift are even better and you get amazing 360* photographs. It was (for us) definitely worth the extra money and made our experience feel complete. We didn’t do the beam as two of us are afraid of narrow seats that high up in the air. I do think, however, you would get amazing pictures and you can get them in black and white. Lastly, EVERY staff member at The Rock are incredibly nice, make you feel welcome, will assist you with anything you need, and they were an added bonus to our overall visit.

Great views, really enjoyed it - Visited the Top of the Rock on the morning of my 50th Birthday. It was busy, even at 10.30am, I can’t stand heights, so wouldn’t go no near the edge. We pre-booked the The Beam experience, when we got to the top they were offering it for $5 off per person, which was not available on-line. I guess depending on the time of year you go, you might want to either pre-book or take a chance. I nearly bottled going on the Beam, but was forced on by my 13yr old. The staff were really friendly and reassuring. It was very nerve racking, but glad I did it. We went up to the Skylift level, and that was really windy and cold on that day. We went on the Skylift also, which seemed a bit more steady than the Beam. The photo package seemed good value for $40.

Fantastic experience, looked after very well - I visited this attraction with 3 kids, solely to recreate the iconic photo on the beam. On arrival I was upset to learn that the photo was no longer included with the ride access cost, I spoke to Will (supervisor) and he very kindly came up with some resolutions and was extremely helpful. Katherine however was the star of the experience for us, she was friendly, helpful, funny, kind, attentive, went above and beyond to make our experience everything that it was. I can honestly say that without these two staff members, my visit would have been less favourable but this ended up being one of the top experiences of our week and we’ve done every big attraction. Staff here are impeccable and deserve a pay rise because I’d highly recommend and visit again and again. Thank you to all but especially Will and Katherine 100%

Tim L. Was The Best Tour Guide! - Our tour guide, Tim L., was amazing! He was knowledgeable, funny, informed and enthusiastic. He’s lived in NYC for years so had a lot of information to share and was just fun to be around. We got lucky. He also gave us a fantastic tour of the art in Rockefeller Center. Had a great time!

Fantastic Views - We loved the views. We had the NYC Pass and still had to convert to tickets in an extremely long line. So not happy about that at all. Luckily the views totally made up for any wait. Just incredible. The building is so beautiful inside. Well worth a visit.

Top of The Rock VIP tour was top notch - This tour was excellent, and definitely worth it! Teona was an amazing guide! (very friendly and knowledgeable about Rockefeller Center and the Top of the Rock. It was nice to skip the long lines, and both the Beam and Skylift were fun and provided great views. (The included digital picture access was also great!) Would highly recommend this tour!

Good but not worth $450 - Let me start by saying Guillermo was a very nice guy! I wish for myself I read the itinerary better. The tour was a lot of talking and history which I’m not interested in and that sounds rude but it was a waste of time for me. The rooftop garden was beautiful even in March. A lot of walking outside so if it’s cold dress up! We were lucky with a cold springish day. With that being said; the VIP allowed us to skip all the lines, and the Skylift and Beam experience were really cool! The experience ends in the bar with a glass of champagne as advertised. I don’t think it’s worth THAT much money. If it were priced at $250 for 2 people then I’d say that’s a better deal

Fine, but... - Good but expensive! The beam is extra, the skylift too and one does not include the other. We did the skylift, it was nice and fun but it doesn’t justify the $35 per person even more! We had already done two panoramas, maybe if it had been the first, it would have stung less...
