A wonderful and fun experience in NYC Central Park - It was a really fun experience to enjoy the Central Park tour in a horse carriage. The weather couldn’t be nicer when we had our tour at 3:15pm. The horse handler is very friendly. He was also the one who greeted us when we first arrived at the meeting location (59th St @ 9th Ave) and not sure where to find our carriage. I would recommend having a carriage tour if you would like to explore Central Park but do not have a lot of time. The park is huge. Even if you rent a bike, it will take you a lot of time and energy to see a few spots in the park. Carriage experience is fun for kids as well, even they are teenage kids.

Great tour experience despite issues with Groupon - I bought a Groupon for a 45 minutes carriage ride around Central Park. The Groupon could not be redeemed so I reach out via phone to get help. While the supervisor Matty was unable to help me redeem the Groupon, he helps me cancel the voucher. Sensing my frustration he send the carriage driver to pick me up at a location near me. The driver was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting fact around the park. He also pointed out the scenic spots for photos. At the end of the trip he offered the kids the opportunity to feed the horses with carrots. We had a great time despite the frustration with Groupon and would recommend using this company.

Mother’s Day in the city! - My friends and I celebrated Mother’s Day in the city and this experience was really the icing on the cake! We had Henry as a guide and he was incredible! 10/10 would recommend! Henry was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, AND took incredible pictures of us! Will be booking again! Thank you guys so much! Can’t wait to come back!

Amazing time on the carriage ride. - The experience was extraordinary. We loved the carriage ride through Central Park. The tour guide was very informative and kind. Also loved the photographer took beautiful pictures of my family.

Buggy ride. - Our driver was great. Got us settled in and gave us a warm blanket to cover ourselves with because it was a chilly morning. He was very informative about all the places in the park. Gave great information. Very friendly and helpful. Also gave us very helpful information on how to see other parts of the town. Overall a 10 plus.

Wonderful Experience - The views were amazing! My boyfriend and I were visiting from Florida for Valentine’s weekend. We had a great experience. Our driver John was very nice & helpful. We learned some interesting facts about Central Park while on our tour. Will definitely recommend!! 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fun carriage ride in Central Park New York - The ride was so much fun! Our driver Ibrahim was very friendly and informative about the parks history. His horse Gloria was beautiful and friendly, she loved the carrots at the end of our ride! It was 19 degrees but we were given 2 thick blankets that keep us warm. Thanks again. Can't wait to return.

Not as advertised - Our highly rated tour guide had to cancel last minute. No problem, things happen. The person he handed us off too did not seem all that interested in giving a VIP tour. He started off saying, “If you have any questions, just ask.” We paid $250 for three people. He did point out some things, was a bit hard to understand at times, and spent much of the time texting. It was listed as a 45 minute tour and it was 35 minutes. Tip: If the driver you started out with cancels, don’t agree to a substitute.
