5 stars - Stalina was our tour guide and she was amazing. She was great with keeping the group together, while also allowing us to make the most of our time. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes because there's lots of walking. Stalina also did great providing both an English and Spanish guided tour. The group was a mix of tourists from Europe, Latin America and the states. Five stars for sure.

Underwhelming - We purchased this excursion in Australia assuming it would be conducted in English Not so,80% of the group were Hispanic as was the tour guide. She did her best but had to repeat everything in English. The tour was rushed and for 50% of the time we stood in queues.

Bad Tour Guide - The place was good and worth the visit but the tour guide left us in Liberty Island. He told us to meet him at exactly 12:10 on a specific place so we can go all together to ride the 12:20 ship. We were there at 12:08 with the remaining group. But as we wait, we saw him with the other half of the group boarding the ship already.

Useless - I could’ve bought the tickets directly to the ferry. There was absolutely no advantage to take the tour
