Great tour! - Leanne Littlestone was an excellent tour guide! She made the experience of arriving to New York and seeing the Statue of Liberty and going to Ellis Island so very real. I highly recommend taking her tour!

It is a great experience! - The experience was great! Cesar, our tour guide, picked us up at 24 State Street in front of Starbucks at the exact time. I booked the 8:30 schedule since we had an early flight to catch, so we couldn't have Cesar as our tour guide since he had the 9:30 am tour. He explained everything to us, so we didn't have any problems.

Beautiful Liberty - The staff was really nice. We did not cut the line, but the line moves fast. It would be useful to let the customers know what the staff is going to wear and company name ahead of time so that we can identify the staff immediately at meetings point. Overall, I had an amazing time. Thank you so much! The Statue of Liberty, beautiful and strong as ever. We will keep you in our hearts and we will come back to see you again. Nice tour guide Vivian and knowledgeable.

Entertaining guide and wonderful experience - The tour guide was amazing, just loved her, Leanne Littlestone. Tour started later than time given which caused us to miss another plan, costing us. Would plan on letting people know that the entire tour is closer to 3 hours or so rather than saying an hour and a half.

Pay the extra for the guided toyr - We took the guided tour of Liberty and Ellis Island. It was very fast paced and you had to deal with the crowds, but our tour guide Leeann’s was amazing. She got us through the crowds like an expert and we learned soooo much. You can certainly go to the islands on your own, but if you really want to learn about our nations history, pay extra for the guided tour. We did a lot in NYC during our visit, but our trip to the two islands with our tour guide was my favorite!

... inside the Battery Park ... - It's a little confusing ... but this review is for the ferry to Liberty Island and Ellis Island with tickets purchased from City Experience. The ferry entrance is next to Castle Clinton in the southern tip of Manhattan, inside the Battery Park. It's very straightforward and the ride is short and sweet. If you've a few minutes to spare, do visit the circular Castle Clinton or Castle Fort.

Rip off! Don’t book! - That is a rip off! Tourists trap. Excursions4u is honestly a scam. First of all the ticket at the booth costs $18 per person, they charged $49. And for what? The tour guide gave us brochures to read while we waited for others. Then on the way to ferry he talked a bit about of history but it was 5 min walk. All he did is walked us through the checkpoint and left us to go through security. I could’ve done it all by myself at $18 cost! Ridiculous!!
