One of the best views in NYC - A visit to the One World Observatory is an unforgettable experience and a must for anyone exploring New York City. The 360-degree views are absolutely breathtaking, offering a stunning panorama of the city from every angle. The excitement begins the moment you step into the elevator—among the fastest I’ve ever experienced—which adds a fun and thrilling start to the visit. We timed our arrival about an hour before dusk, allowing us to witness the city transform from day to night. Watching the skyline light up as the sun set was truly magical. One of the best aspects is that there’s no time limit on your visit, so you can take your time soaking in the views, capturing photos, and enjoying the atmosphere at your own pace.

NY is Beautiful - Breathing taking 360 degree views of NY, NJ. Good photo opportunities. Next to Oculus and 9/11 Museum. You can do all 3 in one day.

OWO MARAVILLOSO!!! - Last trip, we did Summit, The Edge, Top of Rock and OWO. The latter was the one that had the least publicity but I was fascinated and I put it first... the whole experience from the floor... is impressive and the museum paragraph apart!! Definitely repeat!! it's wonderful!!

Go at noon - Highly recommend you go at 12 in the afternoon, you dont need to use the priority line because there is literally no line. This is my third time coming here and it’s just as amazing as the first time.

Worth the views! - Great views, the iPad unfortunately does not work properly, just avoid it. Last but not least you would expect a modern lift to be more up to standards! Do not really understand why passengers have to feel the pressure in 2025

Great Views, Restaurant Disappointing - The experience of viewing the sky line and the history of the building were great. Some truly great views. The restaurant: I was packed in at the bar like cattle. The service was good but for the prices you would expect some decency in terms of where you get to sit. Food was nice but overpriced. I also find it pretty cheeky to add a line for a tip when you have already automatically added on 20% service charge… $140 bill for one person, 3 drinks and a burger after you paid an expensive entry fee. Lady came onto the bar mid way through my meal and was making a fuss saying this is why she should have been on the bar. Wasn’t a guest conversation but loud enough to be heard, not particularly relaxing knowing there is hostility among the staff. Credit to the lady who was seating eveyone at the restaurant on Saturday 25th of May she was really nice.

Breathtaking view but disappointing experience - One World Observatory is undoubtedly the highest vantage point in New York and offers a 360° view of the city. The panoramic effect is impressive, but unfortunately the overall experience did not live up to expectations. First of all, you have to count at least 40 minutes or even an hour in a row, complicated by extremely strict security checks (more than those at the airport). For example, my camera tripod was seized because it was considered dangerous, so I had to take everything freehand. The staff was unhelpful and not particularly courteous, which made the experience even worse. The windows of the observatory were not clean, making it difficult to get good photos due to reflections and footprints. The photo shoot offered on site was also not of good quality. The price is decidedly high (about 60€ per person) and, considering everything, not justified. Personally, I found the Summit One Vanderbilt experience much better, which I highly recommend.
