Biking in NYC - Biking through the park was a wonderful experience. I haven't been on a bike in a long time. I was pleased that the braking system was very responsive. The staff was friendly. I Would recommend this event.

Biking in Central Park! - Easy to find and bikes were excellent. We live locally and spend the day in the city. This was a perfect few hours...maps and locks included. Staff was efficient and friendly. Highly recommend.

Fun biking but not so fun dealing with company. - The biking experience in Central Park is enjoyable. My only dissatisfaction is with the company and staff. The process of checking in and out is hectic. Our assistant didn’t speak English which made it a little frustrating as he tried to help with bike gear etc.. My greatest frustration is with the return process. You must leave your drivers license with them during the rental which is my first concern. Secondly, after two hours of riding I had forgotten to collect my license and staff does not remind you. However, staff will remind you to return a blue lanyard they hand out at the beginning which I’m still trying to figure out what that was for. Bottom line this is a franchise with no local store front staff to call as all calls are all routed to some kind of call center. Needless to say, any issues can get frustrating as you are dealing with a third party at this point. If you forget your license be prepared to have to send them prepaid shipping if you want your items returned. I’d rather deal with a locally owned business and staff as any issues you have will leave you feeling displaced trying to resolve through this call center.

Waiting and bad mood - Overall rather positive experience because the bike ride in Central Park was very pleasant. The bikes were good quality and worked perfectly. The downsides: the wait and above all the deplorable welcome from the staff. We were yelled at from start to finish. Neither a hello nor a goodbye.

Equipment not checked by the rental company - Rental of a bike for a day with a very pleasant ride on Hudson Quays/Central Park, Columbia University. Rule with a pass (the equivalent of 60 dollars according to the pass website, the rental of the bike very disappointing in itself, factory in the morning with too few staff, bike of poor quality, incomplete (no bell), not adjusted (a huge shift in the skates on the rear wheel (I had already gone for a walk to turn around but I regretted it (this company does not seem to care about the safety of its customers) on the way back no real verification of course it 'is practical but the same bike in poor condition will be rented again the next day

Long lines to check in - Line to check in is way too long. At least an hour. Line to check out is at least 30 minutes. My husband and I arrived at our assigned check in time of 10 AM and the line was literally an hour long. In not going to stand there and waste my day standing in a stupid long line. I just cut my losses and enjoyed my day without the bike
