On this excursion with a bilingual Spanish and English guide, the bus trip is approximately 6 hours and 30 minutes, departing from Manhattan. We will have some stops along the way and arriving to have breakfast in Niagara around 7:00 am, then around 8:30 am we will begin to visit the different viewpoints (Bridal Veil on Goat Island, The Horseshoe at Terrapin Point and the American waterfall.
The Maid of the Mist boat ride is NOT included but you can purchase it from the guide for $30 dollars from May 1 to October 25.

Very nice falls - Everything very nice, clear maria the guide my very cute, taught us many things, I loved this tour and recommend it, excellent recommend to do, and enjoy this wonderful adventure.

Niagara Falls Tour Review - The trip to Niagara Falls especially at the American-Canadian border was a spectacular and breathtaking sight. The constant supply of clean oxygen coupled with a cool breeze from the winds made it a once in a lifetime and memorable experience especially on a pleasant summer day. It truly was a place of serenity and rejuvenation. Everything seems like it was frozen in time. The chirping of the and buzzing activity of the local wildlife including the Swan Goose, American Robin, Starlings , Thrusher bird and congregation of thousands of seagulls made it a balanced and diverse ecosystem where multiple species of birds and small mammals could coexist and be a safe haven for generations to come. The highlights of the tour were Goat Island; which included American Falls, Bridal Vell Falls and Horshoe Falls( the biggest of the three), Luna Island, Terrapin Point, Green Island, Cave of the Winds, The Observation Tower and the Maid of the Mist. It was the ultimate experience and an escape from the crowded metropolis and all the bustling noise of motorized vehicles. Out tour guide Amy did a fantastic job in explaining all the above mentioned spots and her friendly demeanor made everyone feel welcomed. I highly recommend her to be others' tour guide to the Falls in the near future.

Best Niagara Falls Tour - Amy was excellent and covered everything. Highly Recommend. The bus is a little uncomfortable, but that is expected on long tours.

Recommended tour - The tour was very nice. Juanita (tour guide) and the two bus drivers were mega sympathetic. One had a very good view at various spots. Maid of the Mist is definitely recommended.

Good short niagra trip - It was good,But i expected something more,For example it was written that there would be wifi in bus,but there wasn't ,and also bus seat was quite uncomfortable, But the tour guy carlos was really nice and friendly ,i liked him Overall it was fine

I requested the English... - I requested the English tour. I have emails saying what time the tour was supposed to start weeks before our trip. I was in the lobby at the time the tour was supposed to start. I receive two messages in Spanish from the driver. I sent multiple messages back tried calling several times, but I don’t speak Spanish. Needless to say the tour bus left us and we were unable to do our tour. This was main reason we came to New York was for this tour. I am very disappointed with the communication. I’ve been very satisfied with my vibe to service in the past, but this was quite a disappointment.

We are very upset about this. It's very unfortunate. - I booked the trip to enjoy the boat ride and see the waterfalls.
After completing my reservation and boarding the bus, I was surprised to find that the boat hadn't been booked due to bad weather.
We hadn't been notified in advance so we could change the date and enjoy the experience for the price we paid.
The bus was also old, and the smell in the bathroom bothered us and caused respiratory allergies.
We are very upset about this. It's very unfortunate.

Embarrassingly awful - Firstly, the bus to pick us up was late. Everyone was confused, and wondering if we were at the right location. This tour mentions they have an English/Spanish speaking tour guide, but it was a native Spanish, and very limited English speaker. The members of the group that did not speak Spanish were completely left out. The bus was extremely uncomfortable. Make sure to bring A LOT of blankets and pillows (as if it's not an inconvenience to carry all of this when traveling). We were told we would arrive in the morning to a place where we can "freshen up", which was really a McDonald's, and I don't know how much "freshening up" you can do there. When we were leaving the bus breaks down and we were stranded in the middle of nowhere while we wait for another person that's hours away to bring another bus. Due to the very long delay we asked to be accommodated and dropped off elsewhere (because others were doing the same). The guide simply ignored me and only paid attention to the woman that was demanding to be dropped off in New Jersey.
To sum it up, the staff didn't speak English and was incredibly rude, and the bus was in such bad conditions it broke down in the middle of the highway. Don't travel with Interviajes: horrible, unorganized and ghetto.
