Great way to end a hot busy day - Very hot day in the Big Apple yesterday, took the 8pm ride and it was a wonderful night ride. Learned a lot of things that I didn't know beforehand. Definitely worth the money!

Solid but could have been better! - Very long queue to board, so booked time wasn't accurate. Felt the experience would have been better if the bus could have stopped for better picture taking, and the experience enhanced if the tour guide was live as opposed to a voice through the headset that sounded like AI. The latter two comments weren't a fault of the tour or company but for the money I hoped for more.

Scam - Very disappointed do not book with the street sellers . The street seller at stop 4 over charged us by €80 . He gave me the paper with the pass on but wouldn’t let me have the receipt. It wasn’t until I returned home and checked my visa and saw what he had done . Scam do not use top view

It's not worth it - The ride was frustrating! Instead of a guide, we were given a telephone to listen to ready-made comments and very badly done. Played more music than had an explanation of the places and their history. In the end it was only worth seeing New York at night.

A rather flat "summary" of the city - Experience below average, both for the running times of the various daytime lines and for the chosen routes, especially the nighttime and the Brooklyn tour. We decided to take the tours after carefully visiting New York, almost like "a summary" of what we had seen. Audio guide made with artificial intelligence from 5 years ago, with hasty explanations and poorly translated (the English version is just hasty). The nighttime bus, in particular, is very hasty and fast (the same route, taken with the Brooklyn tour, allowed for crossing the Manhattan Bridge with longer times). Considering the costs, it is not comparable to other sightseeing in other European cities.
