Perfectly Balanced Tour of Manhattan. - This turned out to be the perfect tour for our group of six. We saw a good cross section of Manhattan and at key locations were offered the opportunity to get out and walk. One of our group had difficulty walking so she just stayed on the bus and also thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Our guide, Uli, was warm, personable and often humorous. We loved her. This is a small group tour so you won’t get lost in a crowd.

Our tour guide and driver were the best! - This was Mt mom's first trip to NYC and she's very particular about large groups and too much hustle. This tour was wonderful in that the tour guide and driver were a delight. So calm, friendly, organized and respectful to everyone. We truly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend it to anyone. We especially loved that we were the only Americans on the tour with all Italians. The tour guide graciously narrated the tour in both languages! Super impressive.

A must do! - Our tour guide Oolie was absolutely amazing! She was so knowledgeable and very kind. We had a private tour and our driver was fantastic. I0/10 recommend. So glad we did this.

Fabulous! - First visit to NYC. Loved Central Park carriage ride and Top of the Rock! Tour guide was OK but not the best I’ve had. She was very nice though.

Not great but OK - We did not get full 8 stops or visit Harlem. We had 6 people on board. 2 German 4 English speaking. Although the Germans both spoke English our Austrian guide favoured them on and off coach. We had to endure tour in German as well! Tour lasted just over 3 hrs not as advertised. Small coach was great and angelo very good but Erika not the greatest.

You do not see all that they advertise in this trip.... They don't stop at all locations listed. Don't waste your money! - We did not do all and see all that was advertised on this trip! That was a BIG disappointment! We did not see the Empire State Building, we did not go through Harlem, we stopped for 25 minutes at Eataly (BIG waste of time, we could use the restroom here which was nice, but this was a 5 minute stop at most, we wasted a lot of time here where we could have seen more stuff!), we did not see Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts nor stop for the photo, we did not stop at the Flat Iron Building for a photo, we did not walk in Little Italy or Chinatown (we drove through quickly so we didn't even get many photos), they weren't even going to take us back to Herald Square where it says the tour ends... They did end up taking us back closer though because I told them that they said they would and I was holding them to it. Our tour guide knew lots of information, but at some stops I had to prompt for information based on my own knowledge. This was actually a below average tour and I would not advise anyone to take it. They also charged us $10 more per ticket than they showed on the site. The driver was more worried about being stuck in traffic than showing us everything advertised on the site.

Wish a different tour guide. - This tour accomplished why we wanted, but the tour guide provided little information about the history of the city. The bus, driver, and route was all good.

Not a lot of history - Would have been nice to have more time to walk around in little Italy and Chinatown, also tour guide spent much of the tour talking about how expensive Manhattan is and millionaires and billionaires?!

bus driver dropped the whole group 50 blocks away to end her working day and go home - New York at night tour was a nightmare because our busdriver dropped us off fifty blocks away from the destination because she wants to end her shift. the tour started late and becomes more late with the traffic situation so she decided with the okay of her bus the tour ends in greenwich village not at Rockefeller Center today. the tour was good but we couldn’t recommend this company.
