Can’t wait to go back! - We had the absolute BEST time! The staff and pilot were super friendly. It was our first stop after getting to Manhattan, and that was the perfect start to our day! 10/10

Helitour New York - Great flight, with fantastic weather (bright blue skies and sunshine), a great experience. Not exactly cheap, but what is as cheap in New York as it was 20 years ago? We would do this again.

great views - Great experience, 20 minute flight postponed until the next day due to the storm, it was quickly and well managed. It's a great experience and worth the price...

Fun but beware - It was nice but just know when you show up you will have to pay MORE $$$ for the land strip fees which we weren’t expecting. Also, our headsets didn’t work properly and they were wanting to Put music for a us to listen to which was a bummer and we were hoping that the Pilot would tell us the sights (which did not happen). I thought I paid an hour which turned out it literally was only 20 minutes. Everyone was very polite and helpful. I would recommend this company.

Bad experience, better climb on top of skyscrapers - very unfriendly staff, tour organized mechanically distribution in the helicopter made in spite of common sense, two people together were able to choose their places, the others not if you are on the left of the helicopter (3 seats out of 6) you will take beautiful photos of New Jersey!!! in short, climb the different skyscrapers, it’s cheaper, safer and just as good. unfriendly staff tour done very mechanically if you seat on the right of the heli, 3 places out of 6, you will make nice pictures of New Jersey

Bad - I'll start with the negative: a long wait before being picked up,the departure time was not respected,we had calculated for a sunset flight,so it was already dark when we took off,a big disappointment. Many people passed us by without explanation even though our time had already passed. On the other hand, the helicopter flight was Beautiful. But the fact that we felt left out from the start spoiled the fun for us.Poor organization on site.

Big disappointment - Zero customer orientation. No welcoming culture. The entire process was uncaring and communication was monosyllabic. No safety information before the flight, no conversation with the pilot. In one of the side windows of the helicopter there was a 10 cm round opening, which was probably used to equalize the air in the air conditioning, which we were told after the flight when we asked, with the comment "you wouldn't want to fly with fogged up windows either". In any case, the ventilation hole meant that the passenger sitting in front of it was hit by ice-cold air (it was February) from very close range from the first minute, and there was no way to escape it. This person and the passenger sitting opposite were busy for the entire flight trying to somehow ward off the air flow by pulling down their coats. The air was so cold that both passengers could hardly feel their hands afterwards because they were so severely hypothermic. As a result, two of the four family members didn't get to see much of the flight itself and we weren't able to enjoy the truly magnificent view. We were so looking forward to this flight. As a result, two of our family of four weren't able to enjoy the flight at all. That's very disappointing considering the costs involved.
