Discover iconic NYC landmarks such as: One World Observatory, Chrysler Building, Empire State Building, Chelsea Piers, The Intrepid Museum, Central Park, and Times Square.
- A valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver’s license) is required at check-in. Passengers without ID will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be issued.
- Children aged 2 and over must have their own seat and pay the full fare.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled flight, or 45 minutes if traveling after 4:00 PM due to traffic.
- You may fly anytime between your check-in and flight time.
- All passengers must complete security screening before entering the building. Seating is arranged according to weight for safety. Passengers over 275 lbs (124 kg) must purchase an additional seat.
- A rebooking fee will apply for changes made within 24 hours of your flight or for missed flights.
- Flights may be canceled if minimum requirements are not met; in such cases, you will be offered an alternative flight or a full refund.
- No parking is available on site; please plan accordingly.
- Sunset views are not guaranteed.

Extra charges 🤔 - Everything was fine, they just charged me an extra $40 that I wasn’t expecting.

Good experience, even as bad walking - Professional and very helpful and welcoming.
Can be implemented even if you are poor walking and use a rollator. Of course, you must be able to get into the helicopter. A staircase is helpful.

If you're looking for a breathtaking and truly unforgettable way to see New York City, look no further – this is it.
The booking process was smooth and professional. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the crew, and every safety protocol was handled with care and precision, which immediately put us at ease.
The helicopter was immaculate and modern, with large windows offering unobstructed, views of the skyline. Our pilot was incredibly skilled, friendly, and knowledgeable, pointing out landmarks and sharing interesting facts along the way. The flight itself was smooth, exhilarating, and filled with “wow” moments.
What sets Charm Aviation apart is their attention to detail and genuine passion for creating memorable experiences. This wasn’t just a tour – it was a VIP adventure from the air that left us speechless.

It was very nice to fly... - It was very nice to fly with the helicopter over Manhattan. Had great views of Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Unfortunately, we had quite a bit of waiting time until the tour started.

Bad / Rude Ground Crew & Services - The flight was good, the pilot was friendly, knowledgeable and accommodative. However, the ground crew was a different story. They were not accommodating at all when we wanted to take some pictures on the way to the aircraft. They wanted us to engage their service which is quite a ripp off.
If they can take our pictures, why can’t we take ourselves? Why must we engage their costly services?
I have taken quite a number of rides myself around the world, be it in Hawaii, European & Asian countries with many operators but Champ Aviation ground crew was the rudest of all, yelling at us, blocking us from taking pictures, and only allow their cameraman to do it, of course the cameraman won’t do us a favor to us our own camera
I do not recommend people to take a trip with them or it will spoil the holiday mood for the rest of your stay in NYC
