Fantastic Food Tour! - My family (2 teen boys, mom and dad) had an amazing food tour on the Lower East Side with Adam. He was friendly, knowledgeable and made us all feel welcome. We really enjoyed the foods we tried and the places we saw. We will absolutely join Nice Guy Tours for another food tour the next time we are in the NYC area and will definitely recommend them to our friends. Thanks for a phenomenal adventure on our last day in the city!

What could be better than walking with a personable guide and eating every 15 minutes or so?!! - Adam was a terrific guide! He is knowledgeable and fun to be with, starting at Katz's Deli and proceeding through the itinerary as described. The food was varied and delicious. Adam was conscientious about pace and bathroom offerings and getting us water. I noticed that several of the vendors like Adam and joked around with him - he is a great "people person." My husband and I enjoyed this tour from start to finish.

Visiting from Memphis and great day on lower east side - Dave was awesome tour guide. The other family did not show up, so we had him to ourselves through the lower east side. It was a great late morning walk on gorgeous day, and loved all the various foods especially pastrami and dumplings! He also showed us the Tenement museum during the tour, and we took a tour of this after our foodie tour! Would definitely recommend the tour and Dave!

Tickle my pickle and enjoy a pastrami! - What a great tour, met the guide outside Katzs deli and off we went, back inside the deli for a sample (dont eat before the tour), a bit of history after eating then off to the next place, dumpling and some more history, lolly shop with heaps of history (im not a kid but loved it regardless), the pickle guys next, no tickling the pickle there but you did get some samples, being from australia its not a popular thing but when in new york, finished off with a short walk and some bagels and donuts, had a great time and got to try food that we never even see back home!

Great selection of must try places on the Lower East Side. - Ian was a terrific guide who managed our time in and out of the included food venues with expertise and efficiency. The tour gave us a flavor of amazing food that are found on the diverse lower east side of Manhattan. Ian brought the area alive with stories of the history of the area. I shared pictures of just a few of the samples. A great overview of food offerings and the area.

Good, but could be better - Whole lotta carbs on this food tour. I loved Katz’s, the dumpling’s, and the bagel shop, but would loved to have had some kind of sampling at the market. I’d also love another stop with proteins rather than the donuts (the rugelach was a better sweet. I’d replace pickles and donuts. David was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a good time but was not high on my list of best food tours.
