Windy day, great memories - We had so much fun visiting Ellis Island and the Statue of Liberty! It was only five of us on the tour and our guide Rob guided us without hesitation through the crowds of the ferry transfers. He was a great storyteller and really did a great job explaining to us the real purpose that drove people to create the Statue of Liberty. I still think about his words sometimes, they really resonated. He also took pictures of us from unusual, fun angles in front of the Statue. And then we went on to Ellis Island, where he made it very personable by basing the narration upon his own Italian ancestors' history and the research he did, which was totally fascinating. It was very windy and freezing that day but we made great memories and learned a lot. Thank you, Rob!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Fantastic Private Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island Tour! - I did the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island Tour on October 2nd. When I arrived and was waiting for the tour to start, nobody else was there - then Robert turned up and, much to my surprise, told me I was the only one booked for that particular tour. It ended up being a private tour, which was absolutely fantastic! Robert was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. He answered all my questions in great detail and made the tour come alive with fascinating stories. He also had an iPad with him, showing historic photos and images of the people and places we were talking about. It was amazing to compare those old photos with what I was seeing in real life. As a solo traveller, I really appreciated how kind and thoughtful Robert was. He offered to take photos of me wherever and whenever I wanted, which made the experience even more special. I would highly recommend this tour, and if you get Robert as your guide, you’re in for a real treat!

We were just 3 of us. The... - We were just 3 of us. The guide ended up making this so political and woke. There is no reason. I don’t want a political rant when I’m on a tour and on vacation. Also we were in such close quarters that other people heard and were offended and wanted to start arguing with him. Not a good look.
