Thank you Richard! - Richard was a great guide and made us discover this place full of symbols and with a lot of pedagogy. It was really great and without him we would have missed a lot of things. We were lucky enough to only be the 4 of us for this visit and Richard adapted because I was translating for my husband and children and he spoke slowly so that I understood. A big thank you

Perfect! - A fantastic tour with ROB! Everything explained understandably and interestingly. Clearly spoken, so that we “not so safe” American speakers understood everything! TOP!!!!

9/11 Memorial outdoor walking tour - Our tour guide was Ron Ng. Ron was very kind and patient. I booked this tour because it was my 81 year old father’s first (and probably last) trip to New York City. We definitely wanted to see the memorial together as our way to honor all who had fallen on 9/11. I am also a caree firefighter. This was my second time at the memorial museum, but my first walking tour. Ron did a great job of educating us on the different buildings and their history, both past and present. He was also very patient as my father periodically needed to sit down. He can’t walk very well and needs to take breaks occasionally. Ron continued to wait patiently and educate us as my father rested. Ron would occasionally check in with my dad and ask how he was doing in case he needed another break. Ron was so gracious and welcoming and made us feel like we have known him forever. I would recommend using Ron Ng to anyone and will gladly use him again!

NOT TO FORGET - If you are visiting New York you have to visit the memorial of 9/11.. hard experience sometimes moving ... testimonies from goosebumps .. I remember perfectly where I was that day .. I had to visit those places and tell my son born in 2010 what the human being had been capable of

Worth every cent! 10/10 - Well worth taking this small group and very personal tour. Our Guide ‘Rod’ had excellent knowledge and 1st hand experience to call upon. He’s been a guide around the Area for over 14yrs, and a local. Very moving, informative and professional. My only comment would be, that the site needs updating for the meeting place. We were advised to meet at the Millennium Hotel (This has since been re named, and is now the MSocial hotel). Luckily we arrived early and received a call from the tour guide company to direct us to the meeting point. Thanks Trina & Graham. NZ

It was a guided tour... - It was a guided tour which we thought it was a tour on a bus or at least part and it was only the World Trade Center … 9/11 museum was not included. You could of walked around your self and read the signs and learned just as much

Don’t use Viator-Book Direct!!! - Due to being ill, we participated in a few minutes of our tour. I requested a refund or rebooking and was told by Viator, “Tough Luck!!” After being a long time customer, I was very disappointed in their answer!!!
