Easy peasy - Easy to find. Just follow the signs for Ground Transportation. The driver called me to see where I was. I gave him the number of the door I came out of (A1), and he picked me up in that area. Drove me straight to the hotel. It’s like Uber or a taxi, but at a fraction of the cost.

My trip - I don’t as picked up at airport and didn’t leave airport for over an hour Driver went to three other terminals and an hour later returned to same spot he picked me up before we left

GoAirlink- worst transportation - This is the single worst organised return transport with GoAirlink paid for through British Airways. After arriving at JFK in the evening 19.00pm, and trying to call the company through the allocated phones (when you eventually find them!) resulted in an hour wait for a pick up. Not ideal after a 7.5 hr flight and then a further hour to travel into Manhattan. We finally arrived at our hotel at 21.45pm. For our return trip, I called the number provided the day before our departure to request the pick up time from our hotel, I was told at first that they couldn’t find my booking! I then advised that I had booked and paid for a return shuttle service through BA and gave them the number again. They then confirmed that they would be picking my daughter and I up at 16.35pm the following day for our 20.05pm flight, which meant we’d be there 3hrs before our flight as recommended. The next day I received notification from BA to say our flight had been cancelled and we had been re-booked onto a later flight that evening - I called GoAirlink to advise them of the updated flight details, and wanted to confirm whether they needed to reschedule a later pick up time. They said that there were no other time slots for pick up available and we would need to keep our 16.35pm departure from the hotel and just wait at the airport. I still had not received email/ text confirmation of their service as advised by BA. At 14.15pm, I received a telephone call and text messages from a rep named ‘Cal’ advising that their driver was outside the hotel looking for us. I advised that we were not at the hotel as our pick up was at 16.35pm as advised on the phone both yesterday and when I called that morning before 12pm. I was told that he would look into this and call me back but it would be sorted. I then received further texts advising that I had been told by the rep that it was a 14.00pm pick up and as we had not been there at this time they were cancelling any other pick ups as this was classed as a ‘NO SHOW’ and we would now have to find and pay for alternative transportation to JFK. I asked why I would’ve been given a pick up at 14.00pm even for the original flight time, it made no sense to be picked up to arrive at the airport for 5hrs before the flight and almost 7hrs for the new flight!! He could not answer! He then proceeded to ask for my proof that I had been advised it was a 16.35pm pick up, and I reminded him that they had not sent confirmation as BA had advised me. I asked him to send me proof of their confirmation that they had told me it was a 14.00 pick up knowing full well he wouldn’t be able to as they had not provided any confirmation! We were returning to the hotel to try to arrange a taxi to the airport when we received a call from a driver at 16.15pm saying he was around the corner and would be with us to collect us at 16.35pm as arranged. I advised that I was confused as we had been told via what’s app that this pick up had been cancelled and he stated that he had no knowledge of this and he had been booked before 12pm that day to collect us at 16.35pm!!! There was clearly zero communication at the company and this caused immense stress and ruined our final afternoon in New York. We waited in the lobby, where the hotel concierge was ready to order us a taxi to JFK just in case, but the driver arrived at 16.37pm and took us to the airport. This whole episode could have been managed so much better, and the sheer lack of organisation, communication and professionalism caused an added amount of stress to an already difficult day knowing that flights had been cancelled and our flight was to be diverted to an alternative airport. I have used BA transfers many times before when I have travelled elsewhere around the world and I have never experienced anything like this! In fact the very reason that I did book was because I valued the efficiency and safety of the bookings through BA. I would not recommend anyone booking this particular transportation if GoAirlink is the company used, and would recommend just privately arranging a transfer either by taxi or train. Do not waste your money, or your time with this company, they are unprofessional and ruined the last day of what was a fantastic trip otherwise.

DO NOT use this company!! - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After 24 hours of traveling I set up transportation to The City thru Viator. They said the last driver already went home!! I sent emails with my flight info days ahead. They also blamed Viator, bc that’s who I booked thru. Which is the point of using them!!

Bad experience, do not recommend it - I wait in the airport 1h15 for the shared bus, togheter with other couple. The first time I called I was inform that I would have 20 to 30 minutes. The second and the third time I called I was informed that the transfer was there and the driver would pick me in a couple of minutes. That did not happen. One hour and 15 minutes is unacceptable. I was waiting for the transfer since 20h30 and I only arrive to my hotel at midnight!
