Overwhelming - It's like walking around as an extra in a movie or series. Yeah. You are pleasantly surprised, when you recognize a part of, for example, "Home Alone" when you cycle through Central Park. Folks, if you want to do that, take Gunther as your guide. This originally very kind and caring Belgian, will guide you in an experienced way through this lush piece of greenery of the metropolis. And then there's the skyscrapers and architecture, and you're almost pulling your neck. What we all wanted to see almost worked out. Unfortunately, the planned view of the city at an insane height due to the, coincidentally on that day of the week, cloudy and rainy conditions, could not take place. Then to Woodbury Outlets, an hour's drive from our hotel. I had a mall similar to Westfield in my head but it turns out to be a kind of villa village, even bigger than the hamlet where we live. Of course with brands that are better discounted than if you get 1 plus 1 free here. If at all possible, we would love to go back to this big apple! P.S. Anyway, that there is such a thing as a photo storage because you could easily fill a bookshelf with albums. Anyway, I'm sure you'll recognize those few pictures.

Great fun and good exercise - This was a really fun thing to do. It’s a big park and it took us an hour and a half to cycle round with a couple of stops to take in some points of interest.

Loved our biking in Central Park - We had a great and seamless experience biking Central Park. The shop was quite easy to find. Even if it was quite a busy day, the bike shop was easy to find. The staff were friendly and definitely efficient. What we loved is the option for us to leave my coat with them, while we biked. The only regret is we didn't book the day pass. Two hours biking in Central Park is not enough. We are definitely coming back, and we'll get the day pass next time. Thank you, guys. Cheers!

Bike rental Central Park - The service works well. I recommend to book the bikes on the app to avoid long waits at the collection of the same. The return was very fast. The staff is friendly

Arm yourself with holy patience - Even though we had the New York pass, when we were there we had to stay long in a cue, download their app and register but the wifi wasn’t working properly and the owners weren’t helpful at all asking us to exit the cue until we weren’t ready (as if it was our fault), and we had already been in the cue for a long time. When finally we managed to register the app crashed and it didn’t recognized our credit cards forcing the girl at the desk to proceed manually. At the end we had our bikes and it was funny, but this rental registration system definitely needs to be improved. By the way, we had to pay one dollar for I don’t know which tax…

Raines out bike ride and no refund given - This was a very disappointing experience. The weather the day we had bikes rented for 4 hours was pouring rain. We asked for a refund because it was unsafe. The employee was unhelpful and unable to take of our needs because we booked through Viator. We messaged Viator and they did not help. Realising we could not be refunded, we asked if we could try out an e-bike for 30 minutes instead. The employees were unwilling and preferred we lose the money we gave them and not take a bike ride. They were unwilling to cancel the reservation on their end which would have allowed us to be refunded by Viator.

Reserved bikes were gone anyway! - With the GoCity vouchers I had reserved 5 bikes in the app of Unlimited biking. Too bad you need a separate app. I also had to pay $1. For what, I don't know. Had contact in advance via SMS and everything was confirmed and seemed in order. When we got there at 9am, it turned out that all the bikes were already rented. If we could come back in the afternoon!! While we had booked for a whole day. Very disappointing service! Not recommended!

Pitiful - Pitiful. A promotional code (10%) communicated by mail for the reservation (code CHECKOUT) which doesn't work but I'm told it's normal. It's only for booking by phone....Never mind, it's the vacations. On site (Central Park), we pick up 3 electric bikes for the day, quickly realizing (but already too late) that one battery isn't fully charged (far from it), soon that one bike no longer has a rear brake (great!) and that another has a saddle that moves backwards because it hasn't been sufficiently secured (happiness!). We return the bikes (Brooklyn Bridge), explaining the inconvenience. We were told that our complaint would be passed on to the agency at fault, and that the absence of a rear brake was an unacceptable fault (phew!). But the best part came on our return to the hotel, when we realized that we had been charged an additional $32.66 on the card used for the reservation, without any explanation. We emailed customer service, but received no response.
