Best Way To See Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn - The bike tour of Lower Manhattan and Brooklyn was fantastic! Our guide, Paul, made the experience truly memorable. He was incredibly knowledgeable, pointing out landmarks and sharing fascinating historical perspectives along the way. About halfway through the ride, the chain on my bike fell off, and Paul immediately stopped to fix it so I could continue without missing a beat. His professionalism, kindness, and passion for the city made the tour both fun and informative. I’d highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting New York!

Brilliant bike tour with Paul - We did an all-round great guided bike ride with Paul. Just the right length of informative details on the individual spots, super selected spots, always enough time for photos, great tour with a large share in Brooklyn. We would love to come back and recommend the tour with Paul to our friends in Germany definitely

Well worth the time and money. Don’t hesitate to book. - Excellent way to see Downtown Manhattan, China town and everything Brooklyn. The Bridge, Brooklyn Heights and the surrounding areas that you wouldn’t ordinarily get to see. With lots of interesting facts and historical information thrown in

Kevin gives a great bike tour! - Kevin was a fun, funny, and thoughtful tour guide. My friend's bike broke down during the tour, but Kevin handled the situation so quickly that my friend had a new bike within minutes and we were back on the tour without much delay. I would choose Kevin as a guide again!

The tour was great, and... - The tour was great, and Kevin did a fantastic job, but like with all these tour companies, there's always the tip talk at the end that makes you feel obligated or guilty if you don't tip. If they feel undercompensated, they should ask their bosses for a raise or consider going on strike. Only when the money stops flowing into the owners' pockets will there be some real change.

Read before buying tour, bad maintenance of bikes, good tourguide - Let me start by saying we usually go to a bike tour in every city we visit and this would be my first not so good review. In a rainy day please make sure you have a poncho since they do not provide it or give the option to buy one. A bottle of water is Not provided by tour either, you need to take your own. They rushed us out of the door without even measuring bikes, helmets or even making sure the bikes worked properly. My partner had to go back before starting to change helmet that did not fit.. My bike had to be changed during the first stop since it was not shifting. My partners bikes chain disengaged while shifting while we where on the bridge part of tour and he had to fix it himself since the tour guide was way ahead with the group. There where not even wipes available to clean greasy hands, On the return of our tour I let the person in the counter know about our issues and suggested they should provide better maintenance to the bikes, since additionally to our issues, most of the bikes in the tour had the brakes screeching heavily. The tour guide Paul was very good with information provided during tour.

Be Careul of the NYC Bike Tour Scammers - Beware of scammers on NYC City Tour bike rides! NYC bike tour rides are a lot of fun but be careful - one of our tour guides by the name of "Mike"seemed like a really nice and professional guide, but we were scammed. We negotiated a price of $130 for 4 of us to cram into his "rickshaw/bike" for an hour ride through the city near Bryant Park + a pickup ride back to the hotel from a nearby restaurant. HE CHARGED US $900! The charge showed on my Acct as SRMK Enterprises, Brooklyn, NY. So the lesson learned is to NEVER use a credit card -- CASH (or VENMO, which worked fine previously for a Central Park bike tour) is the only currency I'd recommend for these types of rides. You won't be able to dispute it with your bank as the quote was verbal that he provided according to Visa bank credit policies.
